Total Fail
Update: Based on prior reviews, we took a chance on elementskeys.com -- but the purchase was never completed, and they had the nerve to insult us after failing to deliver the order.
First, they sent a strangely worded email requesting we confirm our order. Our reply email was returned as "undeliverable." We tried again -- same result. We sent email to their "contact" email address -- same result. We sent an email to their gmail account -- no response. We then reached out thru their website -- finally got a response. In that response, they insulted us for raising concerns, but they did refund our purchase price.
Despite their rebuttal here (misrepresenting what we wrote), we can prove that our repeated replies to them were returned as "undeliverable."
If for no other reason than their unprofessional response to our privately-expressed concerns, we still DO NOT recommend them.

Instructions en chinois pas compréhensibles, lien très lent sur lequel le téléchargement ne fonctionne pas, il faut s'inscrire sur un autre site en chinois, pas compréhensible, et payer des frais supplémentaires pour télécharger le programme qui a été acheté et déjà payé.
N'achetez pas sur ce site pourri !!!
