I bought a vacuum packed bed settee and got an order number and when I questioned my delivery date I was assured it would arrive soon. I’ve tried contacting by phone and messages but had no luck. The site as been closed down and the number unavailable, so looks like I got shafted yet again. I wouldn’t mind but I borrowed the money in the first place cos I’m living h in a caravan with no furniture after a bad divorce. Really gives me no confidence in humanity any more

We placed our order and never got a confirmation. Then we went to the website when we still hadn’t gotten a confirmation a couple days later and couldn’t find a way to contact customer service. We submitted a form through the site and got no response. Saw elsewhere on the internet that they may have gone out of business. Very disappointing as we are big fans of the couch we have - we were just trying to buy a matching ottoman.

First of all I loved the sofa. But it's advertised as having replacement parts and having a warranty. Good luck on either. I was looking to buy another sofa and a replacement part for my current sofa. But I have called their number a dozen times, left voicemails, emailed and submitted messages on their website. No answer and no response. Sad because I really enjoyed the sofa and wanted to continue recommending this company to other people.

The couch is comfortable. The couch is durable. The shipping was quick. The customer service was responsive.

The couch needs to be readjusted about once a week to keep things, well looking like a couch. The Velcro is holding, but it seems the back panels of the couch pop out, so I have to redo it.

One other note, the couch smelt like smoke-not cigarette- but camp fire upon arrival. I had to use some baking soda and sprinkle it on the surface and then use a vacuum to get rid of the odor.

Products designed to eliminate odors by spraying had no effect.

I find it a very cool idea that has a great sustainability in it. It took a huge effort to reach that design. The finishing needs some improvements as in any new technology. I see the saving in trees cut and in the CO2 consumption of transportation. Super easy to assemble compared to IKEA products.

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. Amazing concept, terrible customer service. I would expect the sofa to last more than 3 years. The paper honeycomb base fails and loses its stretch overtime causing the sofa to sag and dip. Very sad considering the sofa was initially comfortable. Reaching out to customer service over phone, email or chat is impossible. If there's an issue with your sofa, good luck getting it fixed.

Buyer beware. This couch is not worth the money. Very flimsy, parts that do not fit, and thin fabric. Most importantly, they do not answer the phone and are very slow to answer emails. Have already started the return process without even getting the couch fully assembled, Parts wouldn't align. Not as easy to put together as the website depicts. Also know that parts are packed so tight , they are hard to remove from box. Will update on return process and refund. Lets see how smoothly that goes!

The back pillows need more filler. I will be adding filler from my other pillows. Otherwise I’m very pleased with the product. Thanks Elephant in a Box

Great concept but does not last. Then when there is an issue they do not honor their guarantee. We bought a dynamic with an extension, had issues and reached out. We were told they would send us replacement parts, and they sent parts but they weren’t the correct ones. Now trying to reach out again and they are ghosting me. This whole ordeal has lasted over a year. Do not waste your money and time with them.

I needed a sofa to fit a slender doorway and stair without compromising quality and comfort! I found it!

I will start with the good first. The couch itself is decent. Very light and easy to move around, but that’s where it ends for me. The bad: it’s too small. It’s a great couch if you are under 5’6” and weigh less than 180 lbs. I’m 6’ tall and weigh 230 lbs, the back of the couch is not high enough and the seats are definitely not deep enough. After a year of owning it we are having regrets about purchasing the couch, especially for what we paid, this couch IS NOT worth what we paid for it. I could have paid $800 for it and still been unhappy with it. We will be replacing this one with a larger more comfortable couch and relegating the elephant to the basement rec room.

We’ve had our couch for 1.5 years. The first six months were great - came on time, easy enough to assemble, comfortable, looked great. Then, slowly, the couch started to fall apart. The bottom started to come apart from the seat cushion area, etc. The nail in the coffin was when we disassembled the couch to move it - it never recovered. Basically, once a week, we have to shove all the pieces back together, and it’s really not comfortable anymore. Part of the reason we bought this couch was because we knew we’d be moving and it was easy to assemble/disassemble, but it really did not survive the move. To their credit, the company sent us some new pieces when we got in touch. But these pieces weren’t really the problem - the couch had sadly lost its structural integrity.

The couch couldn’t have been easier to put together and it has held up GREAT. One of the zippers broke on one of the cushions, and they immediately sent me a replacement, no questions asked!

Spot on delivery when I requested it. Fantastic instructions. And a comfy couch!

The product is good we have a small tear in the fabric on the front. It’s not as easy as you profess it to be to put together there are more difficulties to it. The sides do not fit easily in the little metal slides for the armrest, there are things that are not easy about this

I had a good experience with every staff member I spoke to whether it be for an order or a problem. I love my couch and my ottoman.

The couch arrived as expected and was easy to set up. It has been easy to disassemble and reassemble, directions are not required once you have set it up once. I would give it 5 stars, but I can't say it is the most comfortable couch in the world, but it certainly suffices.

Fantastic couch! Fantastic service and delivery! I love the furniture. I am a repeat customer five times! I am going to see where else I can clear out in my house to buy more.

Top notch service after the sale. Amazing in every way
