Die Lampe ist sehr schön und fintioniert einwandfrei. Ich bekomme nur Lob von meinen Besuchern. Habe gleich noch 3 kleine nachbestellt. Die Kommunikation mit Elere ist sehr gut.. Ich kann die Firma empfehlen... 👍

I paid in full for my light £467 in December. After numerous attempts I still have not received my light, problem with production then problem with delivery, they offered a smaller light with some refund neither happened. I have asked for a refund and they are delaying that, I think the whole thing is a scam

So i ordered one of their lamps via instagram. the delivery took pretty long about 60 to 70 days which had me scared at first, that it wouldnt arrive at all. thats when i contacted the support via Whatsapp and they responded pretty much immediately which was very nice.

The Product itself is amazing. Very beautiful lamp. I would defenitely order it again also knowing that it might take a while to arrive.

My purchase from Eleralights is a great enhancement of my apartment. I like it a lot. OK, it took a while until it was delivered, but the sales team responded quickly to my messages and explained the concept of elara (manufacturing on request, not selling goods that are in stock). The lamp arrived in good shape, well protected by an adequate transport packaging and works well. And again, yes, it illuminates my apartment nicely

J'ai commandé une lampe voilà plusieurs mois.J'ai fais au moins 20 mails à une certaine Lisa qui me répond toujours la même chose. votre lampe est emballée mais nous n'avons pas encore trouvé un transporteur fiable.
Je pense qu'il n'est pas compliqué de trouver un transporteur au Pays bas.
J'ai vraiment l'impression qu'elle me balade.
J'appelle et le numéro ne fonctionne pas.
Je commence à penser que je suis victime d'une arnaque comme beaucoup de clients dont j'ai lu les avis.
Si l'entreprise était fiable, je pense qu'elle régirait au plus vite pour que les avis soient positifs!!!
Je vous demande de m'expédier le luminaire et de m'envoyer une photo du colis avec l'étiquette de transport collée avec mon adresse pour vous croire.

Great customer service. I did an error by ordering 2x a lamp and needed quick reaction to remove and refund me the 1 out of the 2. This was done and responded to very quickly.
Although the delivery time was longer than expected, once arrived, the product is exceptional! So if you have some patience to wait for your beutiful lamp, it is worth it.

Don't buy. Still waiting 5 months for mine - blow you off for refunds. Ridiculous thevies

Yes, as it was a sale/archive purchase, the delivery time was a little bit longer but no bother. In the end you get a great lamp with amazing light and ambience

Le design sur écran était superbe et le prix cohérent avec du haut de gamme responsable.
À la réception le produit semble réellement d’excellente qualité (chromes, électronique) avec les imperfections naturelles du roseau. L’ambiance produite en lumière orangé est magnifique. À la hauteur de l’attente.
L attente est justement le point d’insatisfaction. 3 mois d’attente avec très peu d’informations sur l’avancement de la fabrication et du transport est générateur de stress pour le client.
Hormis ce délai de livraison, le produit procure entière satisfaction et un effet wow.

I had a lengthy wait for my delivery (ordered in December, arrived at the end of February), but the Support Team was consistently responsive and attentive to my needs. They were aware that I had to leave at the beginning of March and ensured timely delivery. The product quality was excellent, and the remote system worked perfectly. The lamp is beautiful and adds significant value to my living room. I love the soft light it provides in the evenings. Overall, it was worth the wait.

Although there was a slight delay, I was kept advised and when the lamp arrived it exceeded my expectations. Really well made and looks fabulous when lit. I would recommend the product and hopefully their logistics have been sorted

In fact, in order to enjoy this expérience, you don’t have to be in a hurry. 8 weeks is really a long time for delivery. I admit I checked every 2 or 3 days to see the progression of the process. It’s a pain.
Otherwise, the lamp is really something different from what you can find on the net or in stores, and for 350€ it’s a good deal.

I ordered the light and yes it did take a long time to arrive, but everytime i messaged customer services they were very helpful and responce time was really good. I am very pleased with the way it looks and the quality is fantastic

Yes I was worried I wouldn't receive my gorgeous lamp, so I emailed the company and they responded by putting my mind at rest I wasn't ignored like some companies do. This company always got back to me and guess what I am happy to order again from this company even recommend my friends and family to this company.

Well I must say I was concerned about the delay on delivery, never seemed to explain that delivery would be over 3 months, however they were more than happy to refund my purchase in full, and did clearly explain that these are hand crafted, so I did purchase in November 2025 and received them in early March.. the lamps are well worth the wait beautiful and look amazing in our home..

Ordered a light on 4 Feb and now 10 Apr. Tracking says it was sent to shipping on 13 Feb. Customer services says it is working its way through their shippoing process and frankly openly lie to you. The phone number on their website doesn't connect.
DO NOT USE THEM!!!
If they aren't a scam they are the most unprofessional outfit I have come across.
