Ordered a custom PS5 controller.

GuliKit TMR sticks, retro tricolour PS button, vibration motors removed and a 6000mAh battery installed. Chris was super helpful on the build and a delight to deal with. Only took 2 days to deliver and it's awesome. Sticks are super responsive and accurate and the battery life is around 25hrs!

100% recommended and I'll be sending my old pads in for upgrades. 5 🌟!!

Got my ps4 controller upgraded with hall effect analogue sticks. It was stick drift on right stick but this seems all good now. Hopefully it lasts for years to come

I had a fault on the HDMI port on my PS5, I did disassemble and take a look, but you need advanced tools (and skills) to replace the port and capacitor where the connections are incredibly small.

I dropped the Playstation off for repair at 6pm and had a message the next morning to say it was all done and working.

After suffering from repeated drift issues with my PS5 controllers I decided on getting Elevation IT to upgrade two of my controllers to Hall effect sensors. The upgrade was completed super quick and both controllers were working straight out of the box. Great service from Chris on the upgrade. Cheers!

I sent a PS5 controller to Chris that was presenting problems with "drift", so paid for the Hall Effect sensor upgrade.
It came to light that it wasn't just the OE potentiometers that had worn out, so Chris went ahead and changed the retaining rings and sticks too.
The improvement is excellent.
Furthermore, communication was clear and thorough. Chris even took the time out to call and discuss what was needed.
It is clear to me that Chris is diligent and keen to offer a service that meets, or in my own case exceeds, expectations.
I am delighted to recommend his services.

Chris fixed x10 of our PS5 controllers that had developed drift. Whole job one in 3days. Amazing friendly service. Time will tell how the upgraded hall sensors will hold up, but they can't be worse than Sonys terrible design choices this time around.

My son's Xbox Series S needed an HDMI port replacement. I asked around and got a few quotes. Chris was local to me and also the most competitive. I dropped it off the following morning and it was ready for me to collect the same day, with good communication from Chris.

From start to finish i received excellent service. I dropped my Xbox series X off for a HDMI port repair with Chris. Chris came across professional and well mannered from the get go. Between leaving my xbox at midday and collecting at 5.30pm (THE SAME DAY!) I was constantly updated with the progress of work being done.

PS5 controller

Chris was kind enough to help me with my son's dead laptop when others wouldn't respond to me. I knew that there appeared to be an issue with the power system on the motherboard, but my skills in this regard quickly ran dry. Chris took over and began to work his way through the motherboard and diagnosed the likely issue. All the while he was keeping me in the loop about what he had found throughout the diagnosis, he ordered the parts, and I was more than elated when he contacted me to show that he had fixed the issue.

I cannot thank or recommend Chris or ElevationIT enough, truthfully! Give him a call and you will understand what I mean.
