The service and communication from everyone at Eleven Sports Media has been 5*! The media content we have received has been invaluable to our social media campaigns. Our account manager Paul Morris has been really helpful in helping us get the best out of our content. The partner meeting we attended was well organised....we can't wait for the next meeting!

Great service from the team so far. Kept updated on events and adverting and our dedicated Account Manager Paul Morris has been excellent. Paul is personable, a really nice guy and cares about his clients. Has responded to a few queries and questions to date in a timely manner and nothing is too much trouble for him.

We have been with Eleven Sports Media for the last two seasons at Sunderland FC. In that time we have received nothing but excellent service.
Our accounts manager Adele Thorley keeps us informed and updated of our advertisement when our social media/marketing took place with live photos/images of this.
we would recommend Eleven Sports media to anyone looking to be involved with a sports partnership.

Horrendous service at moment. we signed up beginning of last season to try with both Rangers and Celtic. we understand this season is a nightmare to try and sort out but offer some other type of exposure rather than an odd stat tracker and then being told to busy to reply to my concerns. Not even trying to address any issues

Really poor service provided by Eleven Sports. They have not been able to fulfill their contractual obligations but refuse to offer refunds during this time, now trying to use the very open and heavily weighted in their favour contract to extend the agreement.

Months later and still no resolution on how they will fulfill their part of the contract. Threatening with court action if payments are missed even when they can not provide the contracted service. I would not recommend anyone to use Eleven Sports Media as they make you sign a contract without having seen it prior and then hold you to ransom as much as possible.

The actual products they provide have also been really poor, almost no brand exposure or awareness and really no benefit to a company which will help you in any way.

Eleven Sports Media have been great. Lauren has been a fantastic account manager. She's been very responsive and always keeps us updated. We would highly recommend Eleven Sports!

These guys have been fantastic, Nothing is too much trouble for them Lauren has helped us out on many occasions always polite and professional.
I would recommend this company to anyone looking to be involved in a sports partnership.

Great service, if we could improve on anything it would be the photos sent to us of the games with our logo throughout the stadium.
