One wash and fabric has uneven colour
I've bought a couple of things from here and the stuff is stylish and well-made. However, and I have to have a moan here - I bought a pair of cargo trousers which were great but the first time I washed them (on a 30 temp - label did not say dry clean) they now have lost dye unevenly during the wash resulting in a marbled swirly condition and look awful. Really disappointing.

Super service, lovely clothing.

This time In my order I forgot to insert my money off code; I emailed the company who responded amazingly quickly and immediately adjusted the price of my order, together with a lovely email. When the items arrived (two Breton tops) they were excellent. Speedy delivery too. It really was a pleasure to do business with Hayley and her team.

Incredible Customer Service
I’ve bought several pieces from Eleven Loves and I honestly couldn’t be more impressed. The quality and style is exceptional, and if you manage to snap something up in the sale, even better!
What really sets them apart, though, is the customer service — so responsive and genuinely caring. You can tell they truly want to go the extra mile to make sure their customers are happy.
Also, you have to watch Hayley’s ‘Lives’— they’re super informative and give you loads of ideas on how to style the pieces. But be warned…… you’ll probably end up wanting it all!

Highly recommend Eleven Loves
Eleven Loves is the most incredible sustainable and considered brand. This is not about fast fashion - this is gorgeous clothes beautifully made, using wonderful quality fabrics which are produced in small runs - thoughtfully curated by Hayley, the founder and her team to encourage us to be considered in our purchasing. All the clothes work together so well for a perfect wardrobe which i definitely reach for every day! I love love love all my items. The prices are excellent given the quality and everything washes brilliantly. The ‘Lives’ on Instagram with Hayley are so informative and she provides lots of great ideas on ways to wear pieces. Really recommend you try this brand. You honestly won’t be disappointed!

Great products and customer service really good too!
Ordered two products, one of which was too big. Upon returning the smaller size was out of stock, so I was offered a number of options. I took an alternative product - love it!
Communication was clear and options for replacement flexible.
I have Olive Joggers and Sammy jumpsuit- both great quality! Will certainly be ordering again.
Little added bonus, the packaging looks really expensive. I know you don’t wear the packaging but I am a huge fan of well presented products. With Thanks ☺️

5 STAR SHOPPING EXPERIENCE
It is the first time that I have used this company and I ordered a blouse. It arrived superfast, in a box that could be posted through my letterbox. The blouse itself is beautiful - lovely quality and very stylish, and I think the pricing is good too, plus the fit is true to size. I highly recommend this company and I for one will be shopping there again in the future.

Lovely Quality
I saw this company on Facebook and loved the side stripe joggers and vest top but was worried if they weren’t nice of fit good the refund would be a hassle. I emailed and Haley told me about the free returns with replace, credit note or refund. This put my mind at rest. Delivery was free and it’s 48 hours royal mail
The clothes are gorgeous, the fit is brilliant and they are such good quality. I will definitely order again from them

Exceptional Service and Gorgeous Items!
I took the plunge and ordered the 'Perfect Side Stripe Joggers' and 'Shoulder Pad T-Shirts' in a few colours after seeing them on Facebook Reels—and I am so glad I did! The quality is fantastic and perfect for dress up / dress down options.
The delivery was super quick and everything was very well packaged. However, the real star is Hayley. I posted a question about my order and had a response within 2 hours. Hayley went completely over and above with her explanations and recommendations; she truly exceeded my expectations!
It’s A* service all the way. If I could give 12 out of 10, I would. Now I just need to decide what to order next!?

I recently bought a jumper and after the first wear it unfortunately developed a small issue. I contacted Eleven Loves and they were absolutely excellent — Hayley was so quick to respond, really helpful, and they arranged a replacement with no hassle at all. The way this was handled was fantastic and really reassuring. I have had a number of other items from this company and had no problem at all with them and found them to be of excellent quality. Great customer service, I wouldn’t hesitate to order again.

Great company, fabulous clothes!
As someone with really long legs, I struggle to find the perfect length in trousers and skirts. Somehow, Hayley manages to design beautiful clothes that genuinely do fit all!
I am now the happy owner of jumpsuits, the tulle skirt, several jackets, and most recently, the amazing Billie Jeans. I love them all. Great quality, exceptionally well designed and such versatile pieces.
I have always received excellent customer service and love the personal touch with this company.

Excellent Service
Faultless service yet again from Eleven Loves. I had 2 queries this morning - one querying the colour of an item and the second checking if it would be possible to amend a delivery. Both queries were answered super quick and queries resolved without any problem.
