Elex support was very helpful from the point our plugin stop working because USPS made a change on their side. I opened a ticket with support and Sidhartha helped me with getting me in contact with USPS and then assisting me with the plugin to make sure it's working. It was a great experience.

I bought some plugins for my eCommerce store, initally I had some issues (the multivendor plugin was causing issues). However, thanks to the efforts of ELEX's support (Akash) and the development team, the issue was swiftly resolved. I am very greatful for the help and would recommend ELEXtensions plugins to anyone who is serious about eCommerce.

I reached out to ELEXtensions with a pre-sale question on if their plugin would be compatible with another custom plugin I needed to use and they were very fast at responding, as well as giving a very detailed and helpful response on how I can go about testing for compatibility. Then after purchasing the plugin when I encountered an issue, I reached back out to them and Bronia Xavier offered to get on a screenshare call to help me troubleshoot why the plugin wasn't working as expected. She carefully went through each screen of settings with me to ensure everything was correct and then advise me where I had the problem that was causing my issue. We were able to get the plugin confirmed working on the call together. The whole experience with Bronia Xavier was excellent, definitely the best level of customer support I've experienced through many dealings with WordPress plugins.

ELEXtensions' stamps.com plugin is comprehensive and easy to use. I had a few difficulties generating labels so I reached out to support and for the FIRST TIME EVER, I was able to get support over a Google meets call. VERY IMPRESSED with the support and commitment from this team. The Meets call was quick and all my issues were addressed.

I am so happy with elextension.com apps, i have bought a few for my sites. They are always so useful.
I have had some configuration issues, and the support staff are always there and ready to approach the problem with a 'yes i can fix it' attitude. I have no hesitation on recommending elextensions.com apps for any other person.
I am very happy with them.

Saumya Sidh artha Nayak waw awesome in working me around to get the plug in to work. He is very knowledgeable and help me tremendously in getting the plugin to work through the Woo Commerce site.

The customer service team is AMAZING! We had a small custom request for discounting and their programming team was able to make the change for us and get our discount working the exact way that it needed to work. Sid was our customer service technical representative and he was amazing! I don't know if they make other plugins, but from the developer side, I would hesitate to use them!

I was having problems with the label generating part. It was a "white screen crashing" kind of error >.< but the ELEX support team was prompt in connecting with me to help fix the issue and my label making problems where fixed in the very same online meeting.
