Eric is the man when it comes to health and performance. I met Eric back in 2020 when my life was a bit of a mess. My sleep was awful, my stress was high, I had zero discipline and tbh felt miserable. Eric is a top guy, super genuine man. I worked with him close for 6 months but still stay in touch with him. He’s got very good business knowledge but what was even more useful to me was the experience with the community calls and how that was structured.
