Ordered a cooling fan which took about 4 weeks to arrive, while waiting I tried to cancel the order to which they replied that it had already been shipped, on receipt I contacted them and they gave me details to return goods. I then paid 20 odd pounds postage ( as it was down to me to pay return postage) they they said they were processing my refund of £89, several emails later no refund received, thankfully Lloyds bank paid me, week later I get an email from the courier I used for return, demanding £18 for return delivery as they could not get company ID from Eliovara. Today 28 September I have received it back, damaged beyond repair, casing all smashed. Wish I had read reviews prior to purchase. PLEASE STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY TOTAL RIP OFF

It's a rip off company they send you faulty good that don't work don't get your money back they ignore your emails plus tell you to use fault good that could start a fire order air conditioning unit sent hearted need shaming and shutting down

Having ordered two air cooling units and receiving both damaged I emailed them to explain that I had received the units damaged and would require them to be replaced and the damaged ones taken back
I was asked photographic evidence of damage which I sent with a reply back from them saying they would work and the damage was only to the casing I did not know if the damage caused had not dislodged any electrical connections within the unit and neither did they
I replied that I was not going to use them for the above reasons and no way was my wife going to accept damaged units fitted to our walls
Have sent a number of emails asking for a reply that they would return my money and collect the damaged units had a couple of silly offers of discounts on further purchases then nothing after my replies
As other comments on the site this company is a total waste of time and should not be trusted and no purchases made

Several weeks ago I ordered a wall mounted fan which arrived in a damaged condition , it was quite apparent that this equipment was very poorly constructed and I believed to be a danger electrically after contacting the company via email several times eventually I got a reply stating that could I send them photographic evidence which I did , I told them I did not want a replacement because of the standard of the equipment and that I would like a refund placed back on my credit card , which too date they have not done . i’ve contacted my credit card company to ask for a refund under the retail regulations and ask them if they would stop any further card transactions in the future as this is a scam !

Do not buy from this company it’s a total scam I have tried 15 emails for a refund to which they never responded or return your money this is not air on unit to which when you receive it is totally smashed and unusable and it’s not cheap at £96 they certainly know how to scam you

I ordered the Auracool on 10th July and it arrived on 24th July after I had sent emails chasing it up. It arrived dsmaged and the manual said it was a heater - I had ordered an air cooling unit. It didn't cool my small room so I emailed them that same day to say that I wanted return it for a full refun and sent 2 photos of the damge. They emailed me back offering 10%, thrn 20%, then 30% then 50% and saying I could keep the item. Each time I refused their offer and reassured them that I wanted a return address and a full refund. They finally emailed me the address on 28th July amd I posted it back to them by recorded delivery at a cost of £37. They said they would wait till it arrived and had been inspected before processing a refund. I am not holding my breath and feel they will come up with some reason not to fully refund me. The parcel finally arrived and now they don't even answer my emails.

Ordered what was described as an air conditioning unit. Arrived damaged in several places and did not work. Following several emails, it was finally decided to give me 70% refund that has not arrived. Don't Buy from this charlatan company

I ordered ''AC's'' and was sent Heaters! One was damaged, I've asked for a return and refund and they won't have them back. I don't know who they are or where they are! I don't know what to do with 3 units that are not fit for purpose.

I ordered two air conditioning units. What I received were two electric fan heaters which said on the packagingwere also air conditioning units. They are not they are just heaters with a fan option when not heating. I have tried for three days to get them to confirm by email the address for the return. They are scammers and I would advise anyone not to trade with them. I just have to wait now to see if I get a refund.

I paid for 2 aquacool units, but received only 1. On opening up the crumpled box, I found an extremely lightweight unit.
On speaking with the customer support lady, Anna Watson, she tried to be helpful, but alas no positives came from the emails for a week.

I had the same experience as all the others it is a junk product, paid extra to get it early took a months came in bits they offered £30 refund had nothing. it is a con. Don’t purchase. Elizabeth who replies to emails is now on maternity leave so no more communication. Don’t have anything to do with them junk junk junk junk

Do not buy products from this company at any cost. Very poor customer service. As in other reviews common problems. A so called AquaCool unit is a Fan Heater. It arrived broken and sent by email photographs, with the reply it's only cosmetic damage you can use it and have a 10% discount. Insisted over several days I want a full refund. They said I would have to pay full cost to return to China before they would entertain a refund. As in a previous review the cost of returning to China is more than the value of the cheap shoddy product. The Chinese do not honour any UK Laws for consumer protection, yet advertise in the UK with prices in £'s and state full refund with 60 day return. What they state in an advert is not what happens in real life, completely false.
Update on the above review, took up a complaint with my credit card company regarding this purchase and received a full refund today back into my account.

Bought an air conditioning unit from this company. It was delivered faulty and probably doesn’t comply with goods description standards either. Company tried to fob me off with ANY product free from their catalogue. Fortunately I was able to withdraw from the contract as I’d complained within the timescale stated.

I received a unit that is completely smashed and damaged all they can say was it’s cosmetically damaged and still can be used. The electric’s are exposed and around the controls they are hanging off how on earth am I supposed to use a unit that’s so badly damaged and smashed. After over a week of emails I’ve been told to get 100% percentage discount I would have to send the unit back and after inspection I would be refunded and the postage and insurance was at my cost how’s that fair when I never damaged the unit it was delivered damaged and smashed.
Others maybe happy with their unit that’s probably because there’s wasn’t damaged but all I will say from my experience they just want your money and when anything goes wrong they don’t want to know or help you!!!

I bought an air cooler from them based in China. When it arrived it was cracked and didn't work at all. I contacted them immediately and after sending them photos, they maintained it was only cosmetic and said I could keep it for 50% off the price. The item dosen't work at all. It does not switch on and remote control dosen't work. They refuse to refund me saying I should return the item at the cost of £30 postage which they WILL NOT cover.
On their website it says you have given them 41/2* How can this be the way they operate

If I could give this company a 0 review I would.
We ordered an Auracool . Totally not as described, its basically a heater with a very low fan output. Probably worth max £10.Very poorly made .
Definitely avoid .
