Early on in my journey with Elite Conveyancing, but I wanted to leave some good feedback for Charlie Thorpe in the customer relationship team! Working in an AM role myself, I fully understand how important that first initial call is. There was no push to make a decision there and then, but he walked me through why I should go with them in a respectful way, was very transparent about pricing etc,,.. . Was happy to answer my questions and any concerns I had. He was great! Excited to see what the rest of my service is like.

Elite Conveyancing have now helped me to sell 2 properties, and I would use them again straight away.
During both procedures, I was able to track progress in real-time, and it was very easy for me to reach my contact to discuss issues on the phone when I needed to clarify something. Their advice was superb throughout. Their communication style was clear and very helpful.
They easily surpassed other conveyancers I have used, based on speed of delivery. I even had one of my estate agents commenting on how impressed they were with the efficiency.

Nick made our conveyancing experience very easy. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional with a friendly approach. He explained everything clearly so we knew exactly what was happening and what we needed to do. We never had to chase him, if he wasn't available he always rang back very quickly. Our conveyancing was done by Honor. She was fast, efficient conveyancing. Informative, forthcoming and contactable. Pretty much everything you would want from a conveyancer.

My only slight gripe (and it really is slight) was that some of the communication seems to be from templates, and a lot of repetition in communications, although this may be essential so they ensure they cover everything they need to comply with regulations, it just made it feel a bit impersonal at times. However, whenever contacted by phone she was always fully aware of the current situation and very helpful
