It's not possible to provide less than…
It's not possible to provide less than 1 star, but I would.
This company's website asked for details, Gatwick airport to Southampton. £121 was quoted and paid.
When I called to enquire about the drivers whereabouts, they asked me for specific drop off post code.
Essentially, this was city centre - Southampton. They then advised that the new price was £240. The driver was never even there.
I havent received any money in refund and I can only assume this is some sort of scam that the police need to look into.

At Elite Airport Transfer, we always do our best to accommodate our customers, and we genuinely believe that the customer comes first. However, in this instance, we believe it is important to clarify the facts.
Your booking was made at very short notice and with the drop-off location entered only as "Southampton" rather than a full postcode. Our booking system calculates fares based on the exact pickup and drop-off postcodes. As soon as your booking was received, our team attempted to contact you by both email and telephone to obtain the correct destination postcode, but unfortunately we did not receive a response before your flight arrived.
Despite the limited time and the missing destination details, we still assigned a professional chauffeur and monitored your flight in real time to ensure a smooth pickup. When your flight landed and we were finally able to speak with you, we explained that the fare generated by the website was incorrect because the booking had been made without a complete destination postcode. Once the correct postcode was confirmed, the fare was recalculated according to our fixed pricing structure.
For clarity, our standard Business Class fare for this journey is £240, which includes a professional chauffeur, Meet & Greet service, and flight monitoring. Our pricing is fixed and applies equally to all customers.
We also wish to clarify that the statement that "the driver was never there" is incorrect. A chauffeur had already been assigned and was ready to undertake your journey. Unfortunately, as the fare discrepancy could not be resolved, the transfer did not proceed.
Finally, we respectfully reject the suggestion that this was a scam. Elite Airport Transfer is a fully registered airport transfer company, and we operate with honesty, transparency, and professionalism. We are happy to provide the booking records, email correspondence, call logs, and driver assignment records to Trustpilot or any relevant authority if required.
We regret that we were unable to reach a resolution on this occasion and remain committed to delivering a professional and transparent service to every customer.

Turned up at the wrong time (20 mins early), with the wrong infant car seat & tried to charge me an extra £10 for being late!
Firstly, they got the wrong time. Turned up 20 minutes early, demanded I was late & then tried to charge me an extra £10!
Secondly, they turned up with a completely inappropriate forward facing, terribly fitting child’s seat for my 19 month and proceeded to tell me that this was age appropriate.
Would not recommend at all. Very dissatisfied and won’t be using again.

Firstly, we would like to clarify that no request for a rear-facing car seat was mentioned in your booking, even in the booking confirmation email. As no specific requirement was provided, we supplied a standard forward-facing car seat for the journey.
Secondly, under UK regulations, rear-facing child seats are generally required for newborns and infants up to approximately 15 months of age. For older children, an appropriate forward-facing child seat may be used, depending on the child's age, weight, and height.
We would also like to point out that the driver contacted you before arrival and clearly informed you via text message that he was bringing a forward-facing car seat. You replied confirming that this was acceptable, and no concerns were raised at that time.
In addition, the driver arrived at the scheduled pickup time and waited approximately 20 minutes for you. We had advised that a £10 waiting charge should be paid directly to the driver due to the extended waiting time; however, this payment was not made.
Based on the information above, we believe that both the driver and our company fulfilled the service according to the details provided in the booking. We therefore do not consider this matter to be the result of any fault on the part of our company or the driver.

We had an extremely positive experience with Elite Airport Transfer UK on both the journey to and from the airport.
We were contacted on the day before each journey to verify the details, which we found very reassuring. The timing of the 2 drivers was impeccable and on the return trip our driver rang to check in with us after our flight had landed and was able to pick us up before our original pick up time. Each driver was friendly, polite and helpful.
