ordered the 3 seater roma electric reclining sofa on the Sunday. on the Monday morning I received a message to say the sofa was on its way ..it was delivered that night 24 hours after order was placed ..had it about week now and am well pleased with it.. excellent service excellent product excellent price ...I wouldnt hesitate to use these guys again

The furniture is just gorgeous – the gold Louis table and matching coffee table are even more stunning in person. Paired with the six beige knocker chairs, the whole set looks so elegant and has completely transformed my space. We bought the Arianna chrome coffee table with cream marble top. It is absolutely stunning. Excellent quality at a great price. From ordering to delivery the customer service we received was top class keeping us updated at every stage. Can't recommend this company enough.

I ordered table and chairs with this company, we had great communication from the start, they was very helpful and kept me informed of every step. On the day of delivery there was a problem with the motorway but they kept me informed the whole time and turned up as promised. I’m very happy with my order and very happy with the communication, will definitely order from here again.

I ordered a 1.5 marble beige table with beige chairs this colour was nowhere else on the market & I was sceptical at first after reading the reviews but was worth taking the risk as I had a great experience with this company I.e Quick response to any questions I had & even was available during the evening when having trouble with assembly & the dining set is just as I was hoping for & looks absolutely stunning. UPDATE 19/9/2025- I ordered this set which was received in July and I had written a great review and given 5 stars. But, in less than 3 months, a chair leg was faulty. The metal was actually coming apart, not at the screws, the actual metal was tearing in one leg and bending. I contacted the company and they agreed to send me a new leg, which arrived, and I appreciate. But as a customer, I am disappointed this happened after less than 3 months. I had cheaper dining sets before that lasted years with no faults! Due to this, I have to rate 3 stars. As I’m no longer confident the chairs will last many years.

I ordered the Louis Marble Dining Table + 4 Sofia Dining Chairs Lion Knocker for £760.00 with free delivery. I ordered on Monday 30th June. Same day I received a call saying my order would arrive the next day. I couldn’t believe it! It seemed too good to be true! The next day, Tuesday 1st July I received a call from the courier saying he was 30mins away! Phenomenal! I was at work and had to have the delivery handled and received by my neighbour so I contacted the customer services via WhatsApp and they gave the driver the go ahead to deliver to my neighbour. Building the table frame is actually so easy, but instructions could be more detailed and clearer especially regarding how to secure the marble on the frame so that it doesn’t move (you need to black pad the corners and middle part of the metal frame so that marble doesn’t slide). I have to say, the ABSOLUTELY AMAZING human touch in their customer service is unmatched. I literally had a very lovely gentleman call me and guide me to build the chairs. This was at 9pm after I contacted them with a question on how to build the chairs not expecting a reply until the next day! I have no words. Best ever service I’ve ever received. I will ALWAYS buy from them from now on. They have a very human touch to their business. I didn’t talk to any machines. Just very very warm kind EXTREMELY helpful people! SUPER HAPPY!
