We recently purchased a marble dining table and couldn’t be happier with both the product and the service we received. The communication via WhatsApp was excellent—prompt, friendly, and professional. The company went the extra mile to help us find the perfect size that would fit our dining room, offering advice and guidance every step of the way.

Delivery was impressively quick, and the table itself is exactly as shown in the pictures—elegant, sturdy, and of superb quality. The representative was always available to answer all my enquiries, making the whole process smooth and stress-free.

I’m very happy with my dining table and chairs a good quality I received it in 3 days very fast . And I like the way their following up with the ensemble.

The worst delivery experience ever.
It took four separate attempts to receive my dinning table. Two times, they delivered it with a broken marble top, and in the third attempt they sent a marble top for a completely different table size.
Totally unacceptable and disorganised — I finally got the correct table on the fourth attempt. Unbelievable service.

So had my table and chairs came sticking in chairs very bad marks on all 8 chairs arrange for them to be replaced again all 8 chairs had marks on
the delivery driver was rude and intimidating

I asked for a refund which they said I had to repack and take back to there warehouse but the first delivery drivers broke the boxes when they put the table and chairs together
I told the man that was communicating via wattsapp instantly about the chair I said I want a refund he said he would change the chairs

Which I allowed but then the next 8 again had all marks and blue dye on

I would say better look elsewhere as the communication and quality is very very poor I would avoid

I’m currently going through trading standards

I have videos of the delivery driver being rude snd intimidating I was a woman on my own and photos to the ooor quality and defects to prove this

Ordered on the weekend and the table and chairs arrived in 3 days. Very fast delivery, amazing communication throughout as well as the good high quality product, you won’t be disappointed. It was very easy to speak to the delivery team and the customer service.

Absolutely brilliant. I ordered a dining set on Sunday. The shopping pay app wouldn’t accept my payment. I’ve e just moved and the address for billing and delivery were different, which caused the problem.
Anyway, after lots of messaging on WhatsApp, Elite ambient agreed to cash on delivery, with no deposit, which is incredibly trusting. Anyway, it arrived today, 48 hours later and I had it built by the delivery drivers and it’s fantastic.
From order to sitting at the table, all done in 48 hours!Ammazing service, the most polite and helpful people I’ve ever met and a product that is stunning. Definitely recommended

Ordered the Denver table with white marble, and dark grey chairs , order was delivered within 3-4 days and great value for money,the guys that delivered was fantastic !! very polite and helpful. They also Called me a few times on their route to let me know the exact time they would be at my property with my order !! Great company all round would highly recommend
