Class gym, friendly and professional.. all the coaches are very dedicated and knowledgeable .. learning as well as getting fit. Lots of top pros and amateurs too, learn something every time I go, definitely recommend it

I decided to try one to one boxing sessions, I was just getting bored of doing the same gym routine and classes and wanted a change. I googled boxing gyms in my area and Elite came up. I contacted Alex and he replied quickly with answers to my questions and lots of reassurance. I was a bit nervous about learning a new skill and going into an environment I thought would be male dominated but I definitely had nothing to worry about. The gym is professional and friendly and I really enjoy learning to box. My trainer is professional and patient which really helps my confidence. I would definitely recommend Elite!

Iv been going to Elite for about 3 years now as a complete novice.
The Coaches have been absolutely brilliant from day one and i am much fitter and more confident.
I have a very stressful job (paramedic) and not only have Elite helped with my fitness and boxing training but have massively helped with my mental well-being.
You feel like a part of a great community and are always welcomed and pushed to places you didn't think possible.
Great Gym. Great people.

Elite boxing is a great gym, everything from the level of coaching to the community are spot on. No matter if your a beginner or a pro this place is perfect for everyone

If you're looking to get fit, lose some weight, or learn how to box this is the place for you.
If you have never been into a boxing gym before and are apprehensive about going, honestly take it from me that you have no need to worry.
All the couches are knowledgeable, welcoming and really push you to get the most out of each session. There's no pressure to progress onto boxing if you don't want to, and there's no other place where you could burn as many calories in one hour!

I started at Elite many years ago, before Matt became involved on the boxing side. I absolutely loved it. I moved on and then a couple of years ago I started to attend the over 50’s class on a Thursday afternoon. This has been revolutionary for me, and I thoroughly enjoy it. During this time, I met Lu who fixes people!! She has fixed me more than once and she is just the best. When Lu isn’t fixing me, I see her for maintenance. I can highly recommend the gym and Lu :)

Been at elite for around 10 months and my biggest regret is not starting sooner, coaches are easy to get along with and create a great atmosphere, pushing you from start to end, well organised including booking of session's made easy by text, noticed i have a lot more energy and helped loads with putting me in a better head space.

My son loves going to Elite Boxing. Great coaches, everything is really well organised and I can’t recommend them highly enough.

Trainers are brilliant and really gauge you from day one. Make you feel very comfortable even as an absolute beginner.

Would recommend to anyone of all fitness levels and boxing ability for sure

My lad loves the training and I can see that his confidence and discipline has grown since going to Elite.

Absolutely amazing with my children and very helpful. One of my children has special needs and needs that bit of extra push. That is exactly what they are doing. He is progressing so much and both of my boys have their confidence boosted. I am so glad I have chosen Elite boxing fair prices and everything.

My boys have been going to Elite boxing sessions for a while now and they absolutely love it. Both come out sweaty but grinning from ear to ear. Brilliant coaches. Would highly recommend Elite!

I went for a sports massage after having sciatica pain which was unbearable… Lu made me feel so comfortable straight away and she cured my pain after just one session… I did come away with HUGE bruises and it wasn’t a gentle massage, but that’s what sports massages are, and it clearly did the trick!!! Any niggle I get now… I’m booking in!!!

I’m Elliot an I’ve been a member and follower of Elite Boxers since November last year. I just had my second 1 to 1 session in that period on Friday last week with the young gun Harry, one of my regular coaches. And to say he was anything short of exceptional would be an understatement.

Harry’s 1 to 1 with me was perfect, this coaching style especially with him gave me a chance to really focus on my footwork, movement, technique and defence. The session has set me up to learn how to better develop all areas of my boxing ability in upcoming sessions and to potentially take my commitment to the sport further eventually.

I got everything I wanted out of it. Thank you for your willingness to teach and patience Harry. I’d recommend this coach to anyone in the world of boxing whether it’d be a beginner or an experienced athlete and I certainly rebook a private slot again. 5* training session.
