I’ve had a truly life changing experience with ECA. It’s hard to put into words just how much I enjoyed the 3 day sales course.

We attended one of the Elite Training Academy open day sessions. From the moment we arrived, staff were approaching us and asking what it would take for us to sign up on the day. It felt very sales-driven, with constant probing throughout.

I would strongly advise anyone attending to be very careful about what you agree to, and to make sure you receive copies of anything you sign — including clear details of the cooling-off period.

Due to a change in our circumstances, we were unable to go ahead with the course. We had made it clear at the time (including to the owner) that we wouldn’t be starting until well into the new year. However, when we later requested a refund, we were told we were outside of the cooling-off period — despite not being made aware of it, and not receiving any paperwork.

We were ultimately able to recover the £850 via a chargeback through our card provider. The way this was handled left a very bad impression and, in our view, did not feel fair or properly managed.

I can’t comment on the quality of the training itself as we didn’t attend, but based on our experience, the overall process felt questionable and left us with serious concerns.

Matt is bold, straight to the point, and keeps it practical—no fluff. The group was energised and the vibe was absolutely great!

I’m half way through the 3 day sales training course and I can honestly say for my business and personal life applying the learnings will be game changing.

I’ve signed up to the gold membership and can’t wait to get started, I can’t believe how I say simple the processes are but only when I realised how much I have been overcomplicating things …. Anyone looking for sales training that isn’t greasy but with integrity and honesty in service should sign up.

My first day in three days Sales & Closing Certification was extremely valuable and practical for me. What can I say? I'm one day into a three day sales training course and already my mind is blown. My arm aches from all the notes that I've taken down. The speakers are great and really drill down to the granular detail. The bonding experience with the other candidates is a great networking exercise. I would highly recommend Matt and his team.

I attended the 3 day in-person training with the ECA. Matt's knowledge, teaching style and natural charisma provide the perfect compliment of traits for learners to get the most of the time. The training is so well crafted, taking you on the full journey of prospecting through to closing, with a healthy dose of humour, group work, self reflection and (quite rightly) a big emphasis on mindset, beliefs and working on yourself. I booked this course after attending an Elite Empires business stratagies workshop. I found Matt to be very charasmatic and very knowledgeable in the business field. I found that a lot of the information was actually not ownly sound knowledge but had a metaphysical aspect and quite spiritual also especially when touching on contracts and human communication. Really beneficial to me personal. Would highly recommend for any business; new or long standing.
