I had an outstanding experience with Elite Core Health, and I can’t say enough about Anita; she is an absolute gem of a human being. Thoughtful, articulate, gentle, and genuinely kind, she sets the standard for what exceptional customer service should look like.
While researching a hyperbaric oxygen therapy chamber, I spoke with multiple vendors, but stumbling across Elite Core Health felt like finding a hidden gem. Anita took a significant amount of time on the phone with me, walking through every detail of the product and making sure I felt completely confident and comfortable with my decision.
Not only are their prices extremely competitive (you won’t find better), but the level of personal care and attention is unmatched. Anita didn’t just sell me a product. She made me feel like she was part of my journey toward better health and wellness.
For context, I purchased an Air Vita chamber, and the entire process was seamless and reassuring from start to finish. Because of this experience, Elite Core Health and Anita especially; have earned long-term trust from me and my family. I will absolutely continue doing business with them.
If I had one piece of feedback, it would be this: they should promote themselves more. Choosing another vendor means missing out on the kind of experience they provide; and that would be a mistake
