My son feels these tutions are really very useful and support him in school. Very reasonably priced as well for the number of hours that he has lessons for. The website is easy to use.

It's the 4th academic year my son has been with Elite Medics, from Year 8 to Year 12. He's been really enjoying the sessions and finding them very useful.

Don’t even have a child not sure how they got my number. But there’s no unsubscribe anywhere.

This group of hospital escorts are absolutely brilliant. Nothing is too much for them and they do everything they can to assist an elderly struggling person. They are caring and kind.

What a pity the other company that does escorts to Eastbourne hospital are not like Elite Medics. My experience of them so far is uncaring and difficult. They stand back whilst you struggle to get over the threshold into your home. I don’t know what this group is called but it seems to be led by a very disruptive bully who stops patients from going home until their property is assessed. On the other hand, Elite Medical escorts are able to make their their own assessments and solve any resulting issues without causing mayhem.

I am very upset because I did a trial one month in August and noticed that they have taken money from my account at the first working day in September and I called them for a refund but they have refused to refund my money for a service that have not been consumed. Even the one I signed up to my child was not able to attend. They have refused to do the honourable thing and refund the money for the month of September that has just started.
It looks like this is a way of collecting money from parents and forcing parents into the subscriptions.
I never signed up for a continuous monthly subscription.

I subscribed our 14 yr old on 3 ‘Taster classes’ costing £1 each. We received two links to recorded ‘free’ classes. I informed them they were for year 11-12, but our DD starts year 10 this Sept. I was told a payment had been taken and can book onto a Taster class. An upfront card payment for £420 was taken; even before the taster class was booked and attended by our child. I emailed customer services for a full refund. **Update: I was contacted by Elite Medics they confirm this was an administrative issue and agreed to make a refund for £420**

My older daughter who now turned 18 and this week got her results accepting a place at Cambridge - was using Elite Medics for many years!!
She is a very good independent learner - so I believe Elite Medics suits that type of a person. Someone who can get the materials and get on with it..of course needs a lot of perseverance and hard work.
She used Elite Medics during her GCSEs which came out straight A*s don't think I have seen a better GSCE result before ✋✋👍
Clearly that gave her a boost and an awesome self confidence to aim for Oxbridge!
So yes we're well pleased with the services you're providing and things you're offering so rest assured we're planning to give and offer even more of your products for our younger daughter.

Continued to take money from my bank account even though the school term had finished and when I have noticed and email them they refused to refund. I have been with them for two year but haven't notice they continuously doing the same thing again. They told me the credit will be for September and told them I am not interested in their class anymore but they still refuses to give me back my money.

I have been very happy with the customer service from Elite Medics. They respond to my emails timeously and are always polite. My daughter finds their lessons valuable, she feels supported.

Excellent school. My daughter was fascinated by biology and always looked forward to these lessons. Thank you very much for everything.

Teaching was not that great. Just going through answers not much explanation. Biology teacher gave too much time to answer questions. Chemistry was much better. Misleading however as they say you get 5 hours teaching but they only did 4 hour class and one hour lunch!! So only 3 hours teaching. Plus they bombard you with messages and emdils with same information

Takes money but teacher does not show up. Very poor service.

NB: I have contracted few times. But, no solution, just seeing money is taken from account..

My daughters loved Elite Medics Since being them, have been with them for almost 4 years have been top of the class.
Enjoyed it and the way of delivering lesson was.

professional good-humoured enabled me to get up and I was ok this morning a range of tests(I have sent these to my GP as requested. They wanted me to go hospital but I refused. They checked I could get to bed before they went a great team.JO AND CASSIDY ELTOR3

EM provide excellent materials and the teaching and tutors are superb. Unfortunately they stopped weekly question practise which was very helpful for my DD.

Flexible, interactive lectures, question bank with model answers.

We joined Year 7 all subjects ,I liked the way the notes for all the subjects are provided, secondly the presentation and teachers are very supportive and patient, for the price the service and materials, online service and experience is second to none. My son is really enjoying the knowledge he is getting.

Informative and the content in the session was well explained. However there is no option for asking questions.

The presentation is set in a way that catches up the same topic in a less intense manner and picks up towards the end of the session, and it becomes a refresher. My daughter is enjoying the classes and she is able to assess herself with assessments provided.
