Sunrio car rental- highly recommended. I was a bit sceptical as there are only 20 reviews, but car rental is a new service their company provides.
Rented a small car for 5 days from a super kind and friendly lady, called Tatiana. She was quick to answer all my questions and was very helpful in every sense. Car was like brand new, they had the best prices in Budva, my deposit was quickly returned and in general all went easy & smooth ... Will surely rent from them next year again

If you want to avoid a nightmare stay AWAY FROM ELITE RENT A CAR.
I made my reservation on April 24, 2025 for a Mercedes V class for pick up in Rome Italy on June 30, 2025. Paid for it in April and when I got to designated location there was no car and no reservation. I quickly contacted them and spoke to Janet and Violet for 45 minutes. At th end they told me me they deleted my reservation by mistake and were unable to issue a new one. I, with 5 other family members were left stranded a foreign country and zero help from elite rent a car. Although they admitted they caused the problem their only solution was to try and issue a refund. I sent several emails and made about 30 calls to them since June 30th but they have never reached back

Both Nina and Sinisa provided excellent services. You should not worry about (mis) communication, they understand your needs and preferences in whatever languages. We had a truly memorable and comfortable day trip around Kotor. Superb service, car and price!!! Would definitely go back to them again and again

Great service, great company!
The car was delivered at the airport. We have never had our rental car so quickly. Also dropping off the car was possible at the place we requested. The car was as expected. Nina from the agency responded within no time. The customer is king for this company!!

The best thing is free delivery when picking up and picking off in the city! Very reliable car rental agency with the best price and flexible choices of rental schedule. Can also return the car in another city at very reasonable price added. The car was very clean in good condition. Kristina was a helpful manager to respond promptly to any questions any time. Suggest everyone to come!

By far the best experience we have ever had renting a car from a company. They were hassle free, efficient, drop/picked up the car for us, spoke fluent English and were very accommodating to our needs as well as being very affordable. Would 100% recommend.

Absolutely nice experience in Budva. Perfect rental car at moderate prices and truly elite service. The car was delivered to the apartment in Budva in time, no deposit, fast pick up and return. Car was in a good shape and state (Renault Clio). The service is always in touch, very friendly and helpful and very positive impression and experience overall. Next time we will ordering at the same place for sure and top recommendations to anyone wanted to observe beautiful Montenegro.
