3 months into using Cycle Balance I was able to get off birth control and my PMDD has decreased significantly. I had tried many antidepressants and was so depressed and anxious I could not function more then half the month. I feel this has already improved in just the short 3 months I have used the product. Along with headaches and some physical symptoms I suffer from. I can not say better things and I am so grateful to have my mental health back!

I really like their products. I have a lot of issues related to PMS and symptoms that suck. I eat pretty healthy, exercise, and get good sleep and was still having some pretty interruptive symptoms. When you follow Elix's protocol, their products REALLY DO WORK! Follow the instructions!! Their support team is really helpful and responsive to all the questions you have. I really do recommend working with them if you are a person who has a period. HIGHLY recommend.

I love Elix so much. I’ve used their Cycle Balance, Ginger Aide and Yin Time. The cycle balance helped my pcos and my cycles went from 70+ days to 35 (within normal range). The ginger aide helps with upset stomachs and headaches (I don’t even take Tylenol/advil anymore). The yin time is great for deep sleep and relaxation and stress. I can’t say enough how much I love this company and their products. I recommend to all my friends and family.

i love Elix's Cycle balance. It had help me tremendously with my period pain and PMDD. I have terrible PMS a couple of days leading up to my period and i saw significant change after taking cycle balance for just 1 month! highly recommend! They also have a 90 days return policy i believe so this gave me reassurance incase i didnt like the product

I've always had issues with PMS and menstrual symptoms like bloating, mood swings, extreme fatigue, and insomnia around my period. Things just got worse as I was approaching perimenopause, cramps were becoming so painful I had to call out of work. My doctors solution was birth control, I turn into a crazy person on the pill and didn't need any more complication in life.
Enter Elix, I love how formulas are customized based on Chinese medicine and are high quality made from organic herbs. It's a much more cost effective way of getting customized formulas as opposed to going to an acupuncturist, I can't afford that. Not only are my symptoms getting so much better, last month I didn't even know my period was coming because the PMS symptoms were minimal. You can even schedule a live 1:1 session with one of their coaches, who are actually acupuncturists. I learned so much from my session (like why my symptoms were happening from a Chinese medicine POV and lifestyle tips to help). I would highly recommend it! If you're on the fence, don't wait, I've had nothing but positive experiences with Elix.

I’ve been using Elix for 9 months and have seen great results, my paid went from a 9 to a 3. I was nervous because I saw folks complaining about their polices however every time I have emailed them they have been super accommodating allowing me to switch or move my order (plus they are quick to respond!). It’s been almost a decade of doctors brushing me off like I was just being dramatic, always trying to shove pain meds or birth control that didn’t help at all. I felt stuck and honestly almost gave up hope and thought i'd always being in pain.

Then one day, I saw an ad for Elix Healing on Instagram. At first, I rolled my eyes. Another natural remedy? Yeah, right.

But then I started doing some digging on Reddit, and found so many people with endo or chronic pain who were actually getting relief after a few months.

I thought, “Okay, maybe there’s something to this,” but I also knew better than to expect miracles. After YEARS of being in pain, I didn’t expect a quick fix. But based on what everyone else said, I figured I’d give it at least 6-9 months to see if it worked.

I had great results, but the customer service quickly went downhill. The company ONLY offers chat via email or chat box. I needed to halt my subscription, so they offered me a "pause" for 6 months. (There are no options on their website other than "skip".) I NEVER received any communication at 7 months that the autoship would reenact on ALL of my products at a whopping $210! Attempted to cancel, but they only respond within 2-3 days and they stated they couldn't cancel it since it already shipped. Also refused a refund. Just like most companies, it used to be great and then went to crap after all the 5star reviews. Really disappointed because I think some of their products are really helpful. **In response to Business reply: when you log into your account you cannot pause or cancel anything, you have to send an email. It STILL would have been helpful to get a reminder email PRIOR to processing an order that has been on hold for 7 months. Additionally, a good business would offer to return the product and eat the cost of the Cycle balance at ~$40 plus shipping of the other items that can be resold and keep a loyal customer that inquired about other products. Hmmmm ~$55 loss for hundreds of dollars of future costs and loss of future customers due to poor reviews due to poor service. If you see Elix rating on Trust Pilot, I'm not the only previous loyal customer frustrated.

I hate to say it, but they're pretty scammy. I took it for over a year and it didn't help AT ALL. I have like 6 bottles of the stuff just cluttering up my cabinet. So I canceled my subscription (which they didn't make easy) and then a year later I got an email that said was order was ready and I was charged $230. I IMMEDIATELY contacted them to make them aware of their mistake and they said they wouldn't cancel it as it was "same day" and that it's personalized so it's not refundable. I had to contact my credit card company. It's a big "wellness scam" and they tag on "women-owned" to engender trust from desperate women. It's a shame. That's a very shady business model. They say it's super customized so it can't be returned or canceled but I talked to a few other people on it with VASTLY different issues and our "custom blend" was exactly the same. CUSTOMER BE WARNED!

I would love to give five stars. I’ve had great experiences with the products. Lighter, shorter periods with ‘cycle balance. I’ve not gotten sick while everyone at work has passed around illnesses since starting ‘stay well’. I genuinely could not be happier with their products however I HATE when companies do not make it easy to pause and cancel subscriptions and their platform is worse than most. Because I like the products I’ve canceled my subscriptions and just purchase as needed at a higher price to reduce my hassle.

I had a really frustrating experience with Elix. I contacted their customer support six times within the first 30 days after I noticed the product wasn’t working. Each time, I was told to simply "wait 6-9 months" for results, which seemed unreasonable for a product that wasn’t delivering any benefits. When I finally requested a refund within their 90-day "happy guarantee" period, they refused to honor it. It’s incredibly disappointing to feel like I'm being ignored and dismissed when the product doesn’t perform as promised. I do not recommend this product to anyone.

First off, a warning. This product contains dóng quai. If you have endometriosis a quick Google search will tell you it is recommended NOT to take this because it will aggravate your condition. And it absolutely aggravated my endo.

My period is late. I'm now 42 days into my cycle currently with no period, which is not normal for me. My bloating was worse, my pain was worse. My mental state is worse since taking this.

I've emailed them twice to cancel with no response. Do not give these people your money. They're preying on vulnerable women who are looking for relief. Don't listen to the cherry picked bullshit reviews on their website. Use the money you would've spent on this and see a medical professional instead.

Customers service is piss poor, I've been trying to cancel my subscription and my membership for days now, they never answered back to any of my emails. They even sent a package without warning or any type of early notice. I can't take off my credit card information to stop the payments. I had to contact paypal to tell them what happened to see if they will help me with getting my refund back from them. I'm currently working with usps and ups to stop the package so that it can be sent back to them because their policy states that I have to cancel within 48 hours. When I've been asking for a cancellation since the day that they processed the order. Which just so happened to be on Christmas Eve and that ruined Christmas for my family. They processed then went on break for Christmas. I'm glad you thieves are able to enjoy your holiday because you screwed over mine. Its like I signed a deal with the devil against my will, and can't get out of it, now I'm trying to talk legal actions as well for this false advertised business. All they did was seek my money, killed my hopes, and destroyed my dreams. I don't want the package and I've been saying this over and over and over again. And they still sent it and refuse to give me back my money. I hate this company

Like others have said, I strongly advise against subscribing to this service. They send an email only one hour before charging your card and shipping the order, making it impossible to cancel as they require a 48-hour notice, but provide no prior warning. It was claimed that they send an email 48hrs before but I never received an email 48 hours before, nor any updates on my health or subscription status, demonstrating that it’s just about the money. Once shipped, there are no returns or refunds, even if the package is unopened.

Customer service is only accessible via email, and they respond with attempts to dissuade cancellation, insisting on a 6-month usage period. Persisting with cancellation requests leads to more emails and a mandatory survey form online, reminiscent of those shady gym memberships that are difficult to cancel.

It's not worth it, the results were little to none and I've been using them for over a year.
