Wonderful showroom, quality products, excellent customer service.
I first visited Elixir Bathrooms because they are suppliers of (and had on show) the new bath I was considering.
First impressions really do count.
I got a warm welcome, and was given all the time and space I need to browse. Phil is a fountain of knowledge and spent time answering all my questions, and some I didn’t think to ask. I was given excellent impartial advice on achieving my vision, with no pressure to purchase anything.
When ready to start project bathroom there was no question that I would return to Elixir Bathrooms.
I purchased THE bath, a shower screen, toilet fittings and tiles.

We bought all of the bathroom fittings for our new house from Elixir. Many items were ex-display and at a considerable discount, but everything was delivered in perfect, as-new condition.

They were a pleasure to deal with throughout, and the help they gave with planning the bathroom layouts was invaluable. A warranty issue was handled quickly and efficiently.

From start to finish our new bathroom was well planned and organised with all the relevant trades arriving as scheduled with quality workmanship throughout. All materials and accessories were also of the highest standard. My initial concerns about cost were soon forgotten when you see you really do get what you pay for. Absolutely no problem recommending Elixir to anyone.

Our wall mounted bathroom tap required a repair .This had been fitted by Elixir for the previous owner a number of years ago .Elixir managed to find the paperwork & source the relevant spares for us .Elixir saved us a lot of money as we didn’t need to replace the tap and diverted valve .5* Elixir . After four weeks of work we now have a complete new bathroom and ensuite. We cannot thank the team at Elixir Bathrooms enough for their professionalism from start to finish. From our first visit to the showroom where the team spent time showing us different options; to visiting our home to measure up; to coming up with ideas for us to think about, we really couldn't have wished for a better company to work with. The final products, which were fitted by two teams representing Elixir Bathrooms exceeds our expectations. The fitters themselves were professional, kept us updated each day with the work being undertaken and left our home tidy at the end of each day. We have no hesitation in recommending Elixir Bathrooms and we are that pleased with the work carried out that we are now discussing how they can help us transform our downstairs cloakroom.

After deciding to have a new bathroom we visited Elixir Bathrooms and so glad we did. We spoke with Joab about what we wanted and after Phil came to our house to measure up, Joab designed our bathroom. We were given an itinerary for the work and who would be carrying out each part of the process. All the workers were friendly, professional and a credit to the company.
From the design that we originally received and the picture that we had in our head we were expecting a beautifully finished bathroom. What we got went way beyond our expectations. Thank you so much Joab , Phil and all at Elixir Bathrooms, we couldn’t have asked for a better service.

Elixir were very helpful with the design & choosing our bathroom. Excellent quality fixtures & fittings. Great team of fitters, polite, friendly & helpful. Had a couple of snags, but these were rectified accordingly.

Excellent service from start to finish. Design was exactly what we were after for our en-suite. Long lead in as they are so busy but that was partly to fit in with us. All the trades were excellent and the workmanship is first rate. After care was also great and we've already asked for a design for our main bathroom as we're so happy.

From the moment we entered Elixir Bathrooms Showroom we found the staff very friendly and extremely helpful in helping us choose our complete re vamp of our ensuite bathroom. The workmanship is of a very high standard and from start to finish all was planned very well. If you are thinking of a new bathroom these are the guys to visit.

Brilliant experience of dealing with Elixir, from our visit to the showroom with helpful advise and no pressure sale. The team of Chris and Steve ( brilliant banter } and Sam, Darren and Shane where all very professional and only stopped for the occasional cuppa. We can now enjoy our lovely bathroom, thanks again

From our initial consultation through to actual completion the journey has been one of ease and pure professionalism on elixir behalf. Joab who dealt with us was fantastic and “ kept us in the loop” all throughout the process. As for the guys on the ground what a great bunch of fellas. Steve (plumber) Chris (joiner) Sam (electrician) Shane (tiler) and not forgetting Dan the plasterer, these guys were brilliant. They all worked like pack horses I didn’t even see them stop for lunch and. All of the lads were friendly and very approachable (Steve and Chris are like an old married couple) very amusing listening to them bicker over whose done what left whatever lying around in the wrong plzce😂😂 The standard of work is outstanding and they all tidied up after themselves at the end of each day.
When completed we had 2 tiny problems and when we mentioned to Joab they were rectified literally the next day. Fantastic !!!!
Would I recommend elixir to anyone, YES without a shadow of doubt. Both my wife and I are absolutely delighted with not only the end product but the entire team and operation. A HUGE thanks doesn’t seem to cover the gratitude they all deserve.

New Bathroom was required and by chance we past this place. So pleased we did. We now have an amazing new bathroom suite, top quality. The service from start to finish was more than excellent, and for us, no pushy salespeople. Couple of minor problems sorted out straight away, we couldn’t ask for more. Strongly recommend this company to anyone. When the time comes to do the Cloakroom, we will be back. Thank you to everyone there at Elixir.
