We had our upstairs bathroom updated two years ago and went straight back to Elixir to have our downstairs shower room done. We have been very impressed on both occasions. Great service, great workmen, great products. They are very professional and helpful from start to finish and quickly resolve any snags if any arise. We would highly recommend them.

Supply only but exemplary service received when a shower tray required replacement. Item picked up within 40 minutes and an upgraded replacement supplied in less than 24 hours......hand delivered by the owner at 8 'o' clock at night so work was not delayed the following morning. Thank you.

I supplied files to this company but some were unfortunately not the size they required. In error some were missed out of the returns, but on contacting Phil he sorted the problem within an hour and personally sent me the funds for the balance. Excellent company, I would definitely recommend and supply them again.

Just had our bathroom remodelled into a wet room by Elixir Bathrooms and are delighted with the result. From the moment we walked into the showroom to the end result we were very impressed with everyone involved. The quality of all the fittings used were first class. The team of fitters we had were very good and their attention to detail was excellent. We would have no hesitation in recommending Elixir Bathrooms to friends. Sue and Phil Gretton of Elixir Bathrooms have been brilliant in designing the bathrooms for our new house and supplying all of the fittings.

There were several changes to the bathroom designs as the house build progressed, but Sue modified plans so that we got the best possible configurations.

All items supplied by Elixir are of the highest quality, yet prices are very competitive. Several of the pieces we bought were ex-display and these were all in 'as new' condition but at substantially reduced prices.

The most impressive thing about Elixir is their personal service and advice. They were extremely helpful to our builder and plumber when there were any queries about installation. If we'd used online suppliers, sticking to our own plans, we wouldn't have ended up with the stunning bathrooms we now have.

We recommend them whole-heartedly!

We were so impressed with Elixir bathrooms and would recommend anyone to take a look in the excellent showroom. The advice we received was impeccable. Phil and his wife totally redesigned our bathroom and came up with some brilliant ideas. As soon as I walked in the showroom I saw the wow factor sink that now looks amazing in my new bathroom.

After giving these guys a very good review A month ago we now find the Plumber that came recommended managed to put a Vanity Unit in with 9 joints in hence it leaked making a mess of the unit. He also managed to plumb the beautiful quality fittings shower Hot to Cold Yep school boy errors.
Very disappointed to say the least but having to pay up front to collect the replacement Vanity Unit makes us feel very annoyed as if someone doesn’t trust us to return the damaged one.
Not a great way to help out a customer who spent ££££.

Delivery was exactly when arranged and last, but definitely not least, the product quality is great and our bathroom now looks amazing! We were working to a very tight timescale. We ordered a tap, sink, vanity unit, lights and mirror. The showroom staff were fantastic in keeping us informed about when the items would be available. We are really pleased with the quality of the items we purchased and would definitely buy from elixir again

Elixir Bathrooms have provided not only a quality bathroom but their after sales care has been excellent. They have been twice since the initial work, over 2 years ago to tend to minor upkeep of the bathroom. Always friendly and accommodating

Our purchase with Elixir was relatively small, a bathroom mirror, but they were very helpful and knowledgeable about the products. And as they advised, the mirror arrived 3 days later.
