Good customer service
There was a delay in the sending out of my order which was a bit frustrating as they are usually very quick to send previous orders out.
Customer Services were quick to reply. The order was well-packaged and intelligently wrapped, so no complaints overall.

Nice fertiliser but slow delivery
Fertiliser fairly priced and looks decent (too early to say how it will perform). Delivery took a week and communication wasn't the best (heard nothing so had to chase them up re. order).

I've used them for 8 years
I run a small plant nursery trading at local markets and have been using Elixir for the past 8 years. In that time there has only been 1 small issue that i remember ( i think they had sent the wrong quatity , too many of 1 item , and not enough of another ) but the issue was resolved quickly. I might not always get tracking info, but the products always turn up in good time. They have a great range of products suitable for home gardeners to small scale nurseries

Ideal all rounder.
