Highly Recommend
Lots of cheap server options for Minecraft, and good servers. Definitely recommend, you can get up to 3x more for the same price as other server hosting sites. Staff are also really nice and helpful, even if it's 3am and your brain doesn't know the difference between right and left!

Server Host is terrible!
Server hosting for Minecraft host is really bad. Out of the blue, the server can go down anytime and when I contact support, it takes them 3 days to respond. Not recommended for a server host.

We have never had a reply time of longer than 24 hours at most (and that is for management tickets) with normal tickets taking minutes and few hours at max and other avenues such as livechat being maximum of 2 mins. It is simply an over exaggeration or simply a lie to state that we took 3 days to respond.
Furthermore, having determined the lie we are not too sure on how credible your statement regarding server going down anytime is so we have requested for further info from you to be able to investigate and pinpoint any issues. If we find any issues to that regard, we will also provide free compensations such as an overrefund as per our terms.

The support is just unbelievable!
The support is just unbelievable. The support team responded to my ticket within 10 minutes, and I got the support I needed. Really fast response time and an experienced support team. The price is unbelievably cheap, and I would highly recommend this host for you to use.
Nothing more I could ask for from a hosting service. 10/10.

The best server hosting and support I've ever had.
So, I was really worried that I would never be able to work anything out with minecraft servers. I have always wanted to make an EarthSMP with my friends but never knew how to. But these guys have the fastest running servers, and insanely affordable prices for such great value. I was working with support today for almost 4 hours today getting it all running and they never responded a minute late, or hesitated to help me on every single step of the way. I'm genuinely astonished by the amazing servers and support these guys have.

i tried pebble host and shockbyte and fallout hosting, none of them come close to what elixirnode provides, its nice to see good hosting providers that dont overprice there crappy service just to make a quick buck.
