At first I wasn't happy with my glasses. Took a little bit to get a hold of them. But then when I finally with contacted by Zoe, she searched and searched for me a pair of glasses to replace the ones that I had purchased and made me so happy. I almost was going to give this a bad review. But now I can't give anything but a good review. Thank you so much for helping me. Can't wait to get my new glasses and hope that I love them. I'm sure I will.

Elklook has very durable and stylish glasses. Elklook even have the very sort after magnetic glasses at a very good price. The associate was very helpful in answering my questions and making me feel appreciated

I absolutely love my glasses from Elklook. I ordered the set as well as a couple of other toppers. I enjoying changing my look with each outfit and using my glasses as a part of my fashion. I get compliments on them all the time!

I bought the magnetic eyeglasses with colored toppers, all my friends love them.
I happened to accidentally break the main eyeglasses and wrote them for a replacement of the frame. I got a response the same day and before the night was over I ordered the replacement... Saved me from buying new glasses. if 10 stars was available they would have it.

I wrote a bad review on this company but I regret it; I didn't check my email for several days because I was out of town so, I didn't realize that they tried to contact me to give me information about the eye glasses that I ordered so, I gave them a bad review; the customer service representative called me and informed me of when I would be getting my eye glasses and asked me if I needed anything else so, I apologized to the customer service rep. because I made the mistake of not checking my email. My glasses were in the mail the next day. Great job!

There was an issue with shipping. They heard me, found my order, and got it to me ASAP. Then, they told me they would not be using g that carrier to ship my new order, to insure I will not be left wondering where my order is, again.
I ordered an additional magnetic prescription set because my first set is FIRE!! Seriously, I'm in love! I cannot wait until this new set arrives!

LOVE my frames, however…. It took two months to receive them and I cannot see out of them. They are prescription with progressive bifocals and I am going to have to take my frames to my eye doctor to put new lenses.

This has been a nightmare. I ordered glasses a month ago and still haven’t received them. I even paid for the insurance that covers you in cases like this and they have only offered a “10% refund.” My glasses are supposedly somewhere in NJ. The insurance clearly states that it will refund even due to late delivery. When I ordered my glasses it said two weeks, not one month. Tariffs or not, customer service isn’t great.
