Overall the purchase is fine. The pants look neat and the fabric feels nice, but they wrinkle a bit after wearing. Delivery was fast and everything arrived without issues. I’d give it 4 stars.

Ordered a “jumpsuit “ for $60 on sale. Could not believe what arrived. There are no free returns. You pay to send back to china where is costs more. They offered to refund me $6 and to keep the garment. For what ? It’s garbage. Don’t waste your time or money

Do not order at that company, horrible service. They say returns for free, , so I ordered same dresses different size, now I want to return to get another size... oupps no I need to pay the return in China I guess. They don t pay if the problem is the size.. horrible , horrible

The shoes I purchased are absolute garbage. I wouldn't pay $10.00 for them let alone what I paid. The crap they sell is from China not Toronto. Don't be fooled becasue they are using a bona fide Magazine neame and a Toronto address.

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. DO NOT waste your money. This store is a scam. If you want a product that doesn’t fit, shipped from China, go ahead and waste your money. Bought a parka size 2XL expecting it to be big on me, and it’s easily a size S/M compared to Canadian sizes. An absolute joke. Oh and you have to pay to ship the garbage back to their returns department in Asia to get a refund.

I honestly thought the strapless style would slip down constantly. It actually stayed up through four hours of dancing courtesy of the inner grip strip.

Ordered a blazer on sale for 95$. Received an envelope about 4 inches big with a cheap piece of material. Thought the company was Canadian but shipment from China. Free return means you pay for shipping and duties. Terrible.

I would never buy from this company again and I would not recommend it to anyone else. The sizing guide is misleading and if you need to return something because it doesn't fit you have to pay shipping back to China. If you read their return policy beforehand it does say no returns for sizing and if they do accept your return you have to pay for shipping. However, if you follow the sizing guide this shouldn't be a problem.

Update: an email they sent me to get my tracking for the order was flagged by Bitdefender as a phishing site.

This is a fake company. Not Canadian, not in Canada. not in Toronto, copying the name Elle from another company. It is part of a large number of AI generated fake sites that sell cheap goods shipped from China that look nothing like what is pictured. Same as another fake shop claiming to be in Vancouver called Maple Grace

The company name on Contact Info Forest Global LLC does not exist and the address listed in Tampa Florida on their website is for a low end house. Definitely looks like a scam

The tiered discounts actually worked. I bought the Leona and the Blair for upcoming weddings and saved twenty percent, which made the final price reasonable.

The puff sleeves on the floral design aren't too big. They hold their shape okay without making me look like a linebacker, which is a relief.
