I haven’t found the bracelet making any difference to my Arthritis at the moment. It just arrived in a package with no advice or explanation about how to wear it. No details of how to return it with a refund if necessary. I’m disappointed it had t eased my pain even slightly.

The bracelet finally arrived but seemed to take a long time.

I wish I had looked at Trust Pilot reviews before placing an order. I ordered two copper bracelets after receiving a pop up advert purporting to be from a UK artisan company that was selling discounted stock prior to retirement. It seems unlikely the couple in the advert even exist, as I have found the same lady elsewhere, this time as Margaret Copper. It appears the advert and jewellery originate from China according to other reviews. Other warning flags are that reviews only date back a few days, despite the company claiming to have operated for many years. Ellington and Co appears to be an interior design company, not copper jewellery makers. I have sent an email requesting cancellation of my order and a refund, but not hopeful. In the meantime I have advised my bank of the situation. Caveat emptor.

The ear rings and bracelet are lovely and im very pleased with them and the company kept me up to date on there journey many thanks

Love the design, easy to wear

I love this bracelet because it is not only well crafted the design enables me to fit it to the size I want. I can wear it loose like a bangle or tight next to my skin, which I prefer, so I can feel the benefits the copper has to offer. Great value for money.

Received this beautiful ring very quickly and it is very comfortable to wear. Slightly big as a small size but wearing as a thumb ring. 5* service

The bracelet arrived in a jiffy bag with no payment note, no packing slip, no note of the backstory, no box - so not a very good first impression after all the advertising hype. The bracelet itself - bought for my sore arthritic wrist - rubs on my bones and makes my wrist even more sore! I will try wearing it higher up my arm but may end up wanting to return it.

Very pleased with the bracelet- hopefully it will help ease the pain in my knee 🤞🏻

Received excellent tracking info once I'd made my purchase and very pleased with what I chose. Bracelet fits perfectly and follow up emails really helpful for how to wear etc. First time i wore it my PT instructor commented as to how beautiful it was. Always wanted a pretty copper bracelet and hoping this continues to stay as beatuiful. Have had it a week now.

Totally wrong bracelet delivered and very glad I didn't pay "original" price it's cheap and tinny to say the least - how very disappointing - this website should be shutdown as it's a con!

Total scam. Product is not as described - not handmade and nothing like the website images. Email address on website is undeliverable. Contact us on website takes you to an email account which takes days to respond and the solution is to be told to return the item to China. And to be told they will waive an admin fee!

placed an order didn't arrive no one answers emails. I had checked them out and thought it had good reviews but now see they are pretending to be from the UK but it's apparently in China.
learn from me don't but from them

Sent incorrect item now I can't contact for replacement. Customer service is open 24/7 apparently.
Delivered from China so not UK based at all!
Waited ages for the item to arrive to find out it's wrong. The bracelet they have sent me is a horrible design, don't like it at all and won't be wearing it.

I would have given 5 stars if the website was honest. I bought a copper bracelet on 25-Sep and received it on 6 Oct. Nothing wrong with the bracelet and I received order progress emails but why the deception with John & Vera? If its from China, just say so. Customers value honesty. I won’t be shopping there again.

I absolutely love it! It’s so comfortable to wear and looks beautifully handmade with so much care and passion. Ordering was very easy, and I was kept well informed about when my order would arrive. I would 100% recommend Ellington & Co.!
