Zero response from support email address. Seed phrase not working to access cold wallet even though all words are correct

Really excellent customer support. They got back to me within 36 hours of my email. They came back with some questions and advice on what to try to resolve the issue of firmware update failures. The problem was resolved by following their advice to format the micro SD card on a Windows computer (as against formatting on Apple OS). This solved the problem of the card not being read correctly by the device and the update went ahead exactly as it should by following the directions on the Ellipal website.

I haven't made any transfers yet but so far I am pleased with the simplicity.

This was a very simplistic process. I feel that my crypto is safe from looters!

Great product

I found out that my ELLIPAL account was drained days after it happened. There were no notifications at the time and I only found out just by chance because I regularly check the app once a week or so.

In short: I lost all my assets that were in that account in a single, unauthorized transaction.
My wallet is the TITAN MINI and I have only used it to keep my bitcoins in it as a savings account for the last 4 years.
I trusted ELLIPAL to keep my crypto-assets safe, because they advertised their product to be air-gapped and tight as long as the seed-phrase is not compromised; my seed-phrase is written on a piece of paper, which I keep in a safe place away from the light, more or less, so I cannot comprehend, how this could have had anything to do with my account being robbed and drained. Even customer support has confirmed that there has been no transaction in the activity records of the wallets account.

I am very displeased by this negative experience. As for now the customer service has been quick to answer, active and supportive, but I greatly advice future customers to not trust 100% on this product.

Their Xcard is extremely easy to use, and their customer support is excellent. I had an issue with a transaction, and the support team responded within 24 hours.

Some coins are not available to add. Also I ordered TWO cards and only received one which is definitely an inconvenience, this is not good business at all. Sent two emails but after waiting almost 2 weeks for this and preparing only to receive one card is beyond disappointing.

Ellipal did end up sending the remaining cards. Had to go through a few extra steps however, they are activated now. I will say that more crypto need to be integrated onto this list. I can understand that so.many are created now so that is definitely a good reason for job security as their is always something else to do. I don't particularly love the idea of have several or multiple cold storage companies so please get that. Also, when buying crypto on the app, it utilizes an out of country banking system so you must authorize these of types transactions when buying. I do hope this won't be an issue when transferring or selling. I also think these should come WITH the metal seed phrase holders just to seal the deal . The price for those is rather up there for something that requires so much work and attention to use but that's just me.
Thank you for sending the rest of my order. Can't say that the split order was convenient as time is the most precious commodity I have.

NO customer support. Very basic and you have to wait for ever for response. Not user friendly. there are no clear instructions on how to transfer funds into the card. would never buy again and will tell other about the frustrations using this product.

The Ellipal support team were only to happy to help me with any enquiry I had. They were very helpful in some technical issues and they were prompt, courteous and professional.

The support team at ellipal have been an amazing asset and help to an FNG like me.

First time using , an set up was easy an choosing tokens as well

I have been using ELLIPAL for a few months now. The platform is an intimidating at first but it is very easy to use. I did just learn through the help center that there are two storage locations within. Tap the symbol in the upper right corner. Very happy customer.

This is literally my favorite cold wallet but please stop asking me to leave a review.

My experience was disappointing ,the device would not change to English so that I could use it.
So far I haven't received a successful response.
Someone contacted me pretending to be with ellipal and pretended to restore my device.
They also asked for seed phrase.
So I discontinued the conversation.
It appeared to be a scam.
The callers number was 1 786-565-5278.
Ellipal needs to know about this if they are not aware.

The service and support offered through Ellipal is fantastic! They’ve helped resolve issue I’ve encountered through explainations and videos showing step by step process. I highly recommend Ellipal based on their willingness to help

Love it safe, secure off the grid off the thirsties. Worth the investment.

I had trouble getting the grids to unscrew using my own small standard head screwdriver. Complained to the company and they gave good advice about freezing the unit for 15 minutes, which did help. In the end they sent me another one only to have me realize there's a proper screwdriver included that worked perfectly. I only flaunt my ignorance to endorse the customer service I experienced.
