First candle i've found that's over delivered.
Purchased my first scented candle from these guys early November 25 from a Xmas fair in Essex.
Lady promised me the following.
Scent 100% to end . Burn 100% to end.
Guaranteed me or my money back.
I have the candle burning in the the bathroom and it ran out last night. The lady was 100% right.
I have today re ordered. You wont regret the purchase.

Outstanding service & Amazing scent
Unfortunately we received Refills not the reed diffuser bottles which having spoken to Emma has sorted out for us & is sending out the empty bottles for us to fill.
It was a bit confusing ordering as we believe we ordered the correct items but the ordering system we think changed what we wanted. Anyway all fine & the scent we ordered is the best we have ever had. We will be back for more. It is quite a lot more expensive than your ordinary reed diffusers but you get what you pay for. Thank you Emma for replying so promptly & sorting this out for us.

I bought some wax melts in the flavour relaxing embrace. The smell is incredible and much like I have a spa in my home!! The smell lasts ages too.

Beautifully presented quality products
I love, love, love my wax melts, soap and wax burner! Beautifully presented products which smell fabulous. Emma’s friendly attention to detail also makes Elsie&Tom stand out. Haven’t tried the Magnesium Balm yet but am hopeful it will help chronic fatigue. I highly recommend.

Perfect gift
I ordered a small candle gift wrapped and two bars of soap as a birthday present for my partner. They arrived very quickly and beautifully wrapped. She even took the time to gift wrap the two bars of soap, free of charge. I was very happy with the order and my girlfriend loved her gift! Just returned from holiday to find the magnesium balm here and it is an absolutely beautiful product. Amazing smell and so relaxing to put on the feet before sleep. It really helps for disrupted sleep. Can highly recommend

Beautiful products
I was fortunate to receive a present that was purchased from Elsie and Tom, a lovely gift set of soaps and liquid body / hand soap.
I am so delighted with the quality and richness of the product that I have purchased a similar set for a special birthday present .Ordered yesterday it arrived safely packed and beautifully presented.
It is actually a treat to wash your hands so nourishing . I truly recommend the company and it’s beautiful products

Fabulous products, impeccable service
I love all Elsie and Tom products. In particular the diffusers, which I always have in my home. The packaging and attention to detail means that anything from the range makes an indulgent and thoughtful present. Over the years I have gifted these gorgeous candles, diffusers and soaps to friends at home and abroad. I have also used them as thoughtful corporate gifts and thank you gifts for teachers at my daughter’s school. All recipients are now Elsie&Tom fans and devotees! Absolutely beautiful product!!! The essential oil blends in the candles and wax melts are absolutely divine and a real treat to return home to after a long day. The packaging and customer care has always been outstanding and would recommend putting this on your Birthday/Christmas list!!

Candle convert!
Bought two table decorations at Christmas, including two candles after seeing Elsie and Tom at a local market. Oh my gosh I wasn't disappointed! Absolutely beautiful fragrances that fill the whole room. Bought another candle at Hadleigh Market recently. Wouldn't buy candles from anywhere else now!
Also love the mini diffusers which I hang in my car - helps with that wet doggie smell after a wet walk!
