absolute disgusting liars ,got a wardibe from these con men that like to rob families .it was faulty were the screws go i to the wood so that it woyldnt keep togetether ,thevpanels were put back on the box it was checked ovsr by collection man ( that was a nice lad by way ,not his fault ) and sent back ,theyve now lied via amazon saying it was used and in bad condition and had the braass neck to refund us £10 out of 350 ..we are an honest family ,trust me avoid these theives and go to ikea ..oh and by the way i have video footage of it being packed up undamaged ..wronguns

Stunning new wardrobes & Fantastic 5* Service

Brilliant experience purchasing two identical mirrored white sliding door double wardrobes from ELUKS for my tenant's property and having seen their new clothes storage spaces they are absolutely delighted. Not only are the wardrobes sturdy, well-designed and sleek but they're phenomenally good value for money (around £380 each).

The entire process from ordering to purchase to installation was seamless, slick and secure.

Special thanks to Gregg, Lucas and their superb fitter Tom all of whom went out of their way to provide 5* customer service and to ensure that I was fully satisfied.

I felt I needed to write this review because genuinely outstanding customer service deserves to be recognised.

After a very disappointing experience with another company, I was honestly quite hesitant about ordering a wardrobe again. Despite that, I decided to give it one more try and ordered a mirrored wardrobe with delivery and assembly included.

From the very first contact, the level of service was exceptional. Every phone call was handled with patience, professionalism, and genuine willingness to help. All my questions were answered clearly and calmly, nothing felt rushed, and I never felt like I was being brushed off. It was obvious that the team truly cared about making sure everything went smoothly and that I felt confident about my order.

The delivery and installation were equally impressive. The team arrived prepared, were extremely polite, professional, and clearly very experienced. The wardrobe was assembled efficiently and with great attention to detail. Everything was done carefully and respectfully in my home.

The wardrobe itself looks fantastic and I am genuinely delighted with it. But what stood out even more was the level of care, communication, and commitment to customer satisfaction throughout the whole process.

In a time when truly good customer service is becoming rare, this company sets a very high standard. The professionalism, patience, and dedication shown by the entire team made the whole experience stress free and positive.

Excellent service - they provided the wardrobe and delivered and fitted it in record time. Good to deal with and I love my new wardrobe with glass sliding doors. The gentleman who fitted it was top man.

Nice wardrobe for the price. However they sent the wrong style doors which they offered to exchange but as I had unboxed it all and had a bed waiting to be built afterwards we kept what was sent. Also the sliding door instructions are not the best. Doors dont close flush despite hours of tweaking the mechanism

I ordered a 120cm mirrored wardrobe, delivery was brilliant. A week later I arranged for assembly service. Arrived 20 mins early ! Polite young man came to build my wardrobe. swift service, despite having less room than was needed. No issues and very happy with my wardrobe ! 5 stars would recommend

Delivery spot on n delivered next day from orderin fast n effientent n handled carefully

Delivery driver was great, we bought a Large wardrobe, driver checked all the boxes and opened the mirror one to check it was intact, even gave some pointers how to put together, very helpful.

Comms was good with the delivery driver. He checked for damage and filmed the contents before leaving.

Wardrobe was well packaged. It went together OK and I am.happy with my purchase.

I’m really happy with the wardrobe I recently bought. The quality is excellent it feels sturdy, looks stylish, and fits perfectly in my daughter’s space. The fitter did a fantastic job with the installation. He was professional, punctual, and made sure everything was aligned and finished neatly. The whole process was smooth from start to finish, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the result. Highly recommend both the wardrobe and the installation service!
