SCAM!! Tried to take £1500 off me for lash serum which was advertised as £26!!! Stay far away from this website!

Took £335 off me for a Dyson air wrap, at first there website you'd believe is real at how good it is done.

Then we it comes to purchase they say its declined then try take it off you another 3 or 4 times over. Luckily the bank blocked them after their 3rd attempt.

Alos when you look at there addresses on there website '43 Upper Grosvenor St, London W1K 2NJ' this is in fact the Arab British Chamber of Commerce. Then their warehouse in 232 Camberwell New Rd, London SE5 0RP' is a S**T hole block of flats in London.

Your money goes to an account called Sprint which is in fact a Nigerian bank account, enough said.

Then when you look at there 5* star reviews just look at the names of the people.

Complete scam website, tried to link my card to their Google Pay. Thankfully HSBC fraud team stopped them

SCAM. Seconds after trying to verify a purchase, multiple attempts to take money from my account under different names. (Starbucks, FoodPanda). Amounts requested where in THB (Thailand, Baht) 5 star reviews are all fake, 1 review accounts.

Was redirected to a third party site for payment but the verification codes didn't come through. Wasted a day trying to sort it out with no success. Did get an order confirmation email (pending payment). Tried to contact Elva Beauty direct by website enquiry form, email and phone but no response. Very concerned now about having put bank details into this website.

SCAM!! do not trust this website. I entered two cards that both are supported by the website, but it said that it wasn’t supported and that I should try again. They also said that after completing the transaction, you should check your phone number for a code, but nothing was sent. I am also sure they just want your bank details, be careful.

it is a scam and should be reported to police - they use your personal and payments detail for fraud.

SCAM wesbsite. Like others, prompted for an SMS code which never arrived thankfully before trying to spent £900 on booking.com for a hotel in Paris.

AVOID this dodgy site, people! Reported to my bank, google shopping, crime stoppers etc. Will harvest your bank details and not deliver goods. Positive 5* reviews are absolutely fake. Don't be lured in by the 30% discount promo code and take your business to a reputable beauty seller.

Yes, it's a scam. 30% off a £400 hairdryer, figured it was worth a try and placed a £280 order, but the confirmation code that came through was for £1093 and from another company name.

Scammers! I wish I had seen trustpilot first. I ordered and paid £36 for what I thought was a bargain but then I receive an email saying that they need payment before they can send my products. I also believe they are a scam company. I cannot find any transaction on my bank statement so I assume my bank blocked it. I have contacted them too so an investigation will start.I’ll keep checking but do stay away from them.

Scammed. Tried to set up Google pay with my details, luckily my bank rang me as it flagged for fraud. Do not use!

I ordered items from Elva Beauty and, despite receiving an order confirmation email with an order number, I never received my items. When I tried to call their customer service, they claimed they could not locate my order based on the order number I provided. After multiple attempts to reach them, I am now unable to get in touch at all.

This experience has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. I urge others to be cautious when ordering from this company. It seems they may not be legitimate, and I would recommend looking for alternative retailers.

Do not use this company, prices are very enticing, but are unreal. Scammed my card details and only saved from an £800 bill because of HSBC vigilance

SCAM! They don't process the payment and set up a google wallet with your card. Avoid!

Scammers! Tried to link my credit card to Google Pay. Thankfully my card providers blocked it. Avoid these horrible scumbags!!!

It tried to use my card details to set up Apple Pay.
The message after ordering said to confirm payment we're sending you a text message with a code, please enter the verification code when received.

My bank were very good and blocked and cancelled the card straight away.

Stay away!
