I couldn't be happier or more grateful with the experience I've had with Elysian Finance, in particular Joanne Pope and more recently in my journey, Sabrina Maini. Joanne was recommended to me by a friend and has proven to be one of the most knowledgeable, professional, patient and hard working people I've ever come across. She gets things done so quickly and thoroughly - and has been a hugely integral part of my first time property purchase. Where I felt completely out of my comfort zone dealing with a subject (mortgages) that I knew almost nothing about a year ago, and as a FTB with a complex salary situation (heavily commission weighted), Joanne never once made me feel ignorant or hopeless but throughout explained options and potential with balanced realism. The whole experience with Elysian has been fantastic and I've already passed on the details to a friend and colleague who hopes to be a FTB herself soon too.

I've just arranged my 4th mortgage with Elysian Finance's Cathy Rafferty. I will continue to until I don't have a mortgage left to pay, 20+ years. I made one payment for the first and after that there is no cost to me the consumer and all the hassle of finding the best rate and arranging a mortgage sits with them. She helped us secure a mortgage at a very competitive rate (based on my search - it would not be possible to secure a better deal than that!). In addition, Phoebe has always been available via email or phone to advise and provide guidance. Genuine 10 / 10 support!
