Good quality

This company publishes UK mobile number and highlights free UK delivery to mislead customers into buying. For returns, they tell you to return the item to China! Shoes are very bad quality

I think the company is a scam, I ordered knee braces at a high price but when I got them, they were of very cheap quality and loose even though I ordered the right size. My emails keep bouncing back and cant get them on phone to request for refund. I should have read reviews before ordering. My money is lost. Please avoid this company. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID. You will loose your money and product is hopeless!!!

I think this company is a scam! I ordered and paid for a knee support. Unfortunately, it was too big so I wanted to exchange it for the appropriate size. There was no paperwork in the package. I have tried messaging them 3 times using email addresses provided by the company and their own support department form. No-one has responded, so I have tried using their supplied phone number. It displayed as an invalid number! I may as well have flushed the money down the loo. Had I realised it was a Hong Kong company, I wouldn't have touched it. They're all crooks.

In all honesty not the most comfortable trainers to wear

Everything delivered as requested. Took about 1 week to arrive after the order had been made.

Beware, this company does not honour 14 day distance selling regulations. My item arrived and I was not happy with the quality of it. Contacted them to arrange return of an item unused item. Just finding the correct contact took some doing. Eventually they responded only to block my email address. Cowboys and scammers. Beware ..avoid.

A great product in knee supports.Was a bit concerned they were taking a week to be delivered but kept me up to date with the whole delivery process.I would have no hesitation in buying products in the future and recently recommended you company to a friend.

Product not right and ask for a refund within 7 days. Will not send return details to me. They state on their site ' we offer a hassle-free money back guarantee.
It's been nothing but a hassle dealing with this company.... Placed a dispute with credit card company so will get my money back through them

Excellent product but slow delivery from despatch

Have had the trainers for 2 weeks now and they are definitely waterproof, good solid steel toe cap and nice and light to walk in, it took a few days to wear in and got some initial rubbing on the top of my big toes from the steel toe cap but are now fine wearing thicker socks stopped that quickly. The delivery time is probably my only real gripe but I did order them just after Christmas so could be down to that. Overall would recommend to people on their feet all day and not wanting heavy work boots.

Poor communication with return of goods. Still waiting receipt of returned goods. Also no communication as to whether I am getting a refund or an exchange as requested. No timescale either given.

Initially I didn't realise my item was a 2-3 week delivery until I checked the website. It said dispatched 2/3 or 3/4 days, misleading! But once I emailed the company, they kept me informed of the delivery every step of the way which was impressive.
Good quality boots so far.

Wish I had read reviews before purchasing - automatic answer phone message, emails bounce back tracking number doesn’t exist and my order number is a flight number to dubia!! Now I’ll need to go through bank to claim my cash back, due to fraud.

Jesus christ theyre horrible, sent several emails to an address that doesnt exist, called the phone service twice and both times an automated message service tells you to write to that same email address. Gave me 0 updates as to the tracking of my parcel. They arent worth the trouble pls avoid.

Emails bounce back telephone cuts off , Customer service is shocking ,poor quality product arrived in a plastic bag no box or safety specs . Even though company state Elytstep Uk have been told i have to return the product to China at my own cost . This had appeared to be a legitimate website but in fact is just a con to sell cheap,poorly made rubbish and not refund . Offered me 15% refund if I keep the product even though explained they as too small .

Tried to get in touch with support, no reply and email bounced back a few times, on calling them, it says 24/7 support but there was none.. however, the shoes themself are comfortable I would go half size higher next time as they are a exact fit for size. Around the laces it's comfortable but come undone easily. I use another innersole for ultra comfort with these.
