The whole experience from start to finish was great. We had them both design and code our email into html. They took every piece of feedback we had during the design process and implemented it. I was also impressed at how closely they followed our instructions/requests (as I feel like we can be a bit much sometimes!). The whole process was handled very quickly and smoothly.
