Absolute worst. They took forever to arrive despite apparently having stock, then I was told there was no stock and that is what was delaying my order. It took almost a month and a half for them to arrive. Once they arrived they were far too small. I used the online guide and it said that I should order a medium which I knew would be far too small. So I ordered extra large and I literally could not get them up over my leg. I would not recommend this brand in the slightest.

If I could give zero stars I would. Thieves! Take your money and don’t deliver a product. 40 days! Ridiculous! They’re a sham, do not purchase from them.

Ordered 8th May, it’s now 24th July, hasn’t even been shipped. My pregnancy is basically over. The company refuse to refund my order. Have now lodged a dispute through my bank. Please, don’t ever order from this company!

I bought x1 pair of your long shorts with pockets & have been wearing them for 142weeks now!

I was wearing them to jiu jitsu 2-3 times a week (I trained till 38w) while also wearing them as general shorts nearly every day inbetween!

I continued to wear them while in postpartum and still now wear them 2-3 times a week to jiu jitsu (my daughter is almost 2.5yrs old)

To say I put them through their paces is an under statement! There is NO sign of wear or tear on them at all, no elasticity worn either I’m honesty so impressed!
I definitely should have got postpartum ones at some point but these ones did me great!

Stay awaaaaay!! Customer service is a load of crap, no refunds even with returned items untouched you’ll only get for “store credit” IF they approve it. Their sizing most important is the worst of it all, I’ve tired 3 different sizes and none fit 2 sizes are 2 times up from my normal they are so suffocating of the growing bump it’s not okay. This company very clearly is hyped up by paid influencers unfortunately

I placed an order on May 20th and still have not received my items nor do I have an update on when the items will be in stock to be sent to me.

It took 3 x emails requesting an update on my order for someone within the “customer service” team to respond. I was advised the items I ordered are delayed but they could not tell me when these items would arrive in their warehouse.

Due to the long delay I requested a requested a refund as the maternity wear would no longer be useful yet my request was denied for no other reason by “we cannot give you a refund”.

I’ve continued to go back and forth with the “customer service” team on this matter and they will not budge!

I’ve now decided, based on the reviews I’ve read with many customers having the very same experience, I will filing a complaint with consumer and business services.

Emamaco, your company has a legal obligation to be upfront when it comes to product delays. Instead you are taking customers money knowing full well you cannot fulfill their orders. Absolutely disgraceful.

I don't even want to give 1 star. Ordered more than a month ago, responses from support are slow and unreliable. I want my money back, I never leave reviews because I dont care that much but screwing around with maternity clothes is the most annoying thing ever. Do better, emamaco.

These guys are scammers! Took my money, shipment never arrives. Refused to refund. DO NOT BUY!

It's now 1.5months waiting on leggings ordered only received tracking details 1 day ago stating label created, tracking number supplied not even valid on courier website. The worst experience ever. Do not order from them they do not respond to emails either, shocking service not even worth a 1 star.

Terrible experience, people don't buy to them!! I am starting to believe they are scam.I purchased 5 products approximately one month ago for pregnancy-related use and expected to receive them within a reasonable timeframe. At the time of purchase, I was not aware that part of my order would be unavailable due to stock shortages or that delivery. They still no confirmed dispatch date. Regarding policy refund, they said me they can't refund once the order it's been placed.
I requested that my order be cancelled and that a full refund be processed within seven (7) days, I am still waiting their answer, but if the refund cannot be provided, I will need to seek further advice and assistance from Consumer Affairs Victoria and my payment provider regarding my rights and available options.

Poor service ordered tights nearly two months ago yet to arrive - would not use this company again.

Placed an order one month ago and it still hasn't been shipped. I emailed asking for an update and they said they'll ship it as soon as they can. Two weeks later I followed up. They still cannot confirm when items will be shipped. I then sent an email asking to cancel my order for a refund, as it's not reasonable to be waiting more than one month for items to even be shipped (these were not listed as 'pre order'). They said their policy is not to cancel and refund orders. This strikes me as breaking Australian consumer law where products must be supplied within a reasonable timeframe.

Ordered on the 15th May and followed up after a week of not receiving tracking information. I was advised that it was a pre order (it states this in the tiniest writing under the heading) and it would be shipped out at the end of May.
I followed up the first week of June and received the same msg.
After looking into a bit more, I've requested they cancel my order and have received no reply from my 3 follow up emails.

I have made an order on the 15th of May until now I haven’t received anything I have emailed them twice still no answer or reply. I live in australia so it’s not that hard to ship or answer an email I do understand the rush and sales but I had shipments come from china quicker than this it’s almost a month. Very poor customer service hopefully I get my money back or my package

Do not order from here; Quality is TERRIBLE!! I was gifted post partum tights and shorts to help with recovery from a girlfriend at my baby shower - unsure who as the gift wasn’t labelled. When I went to wear them the very first time, all the stitching of the seams along the top came undone and have since all fallen out, prior to any wash. They were brand new out of the original bag with tags. Incredibly poor quality, making them unable to be used for my recovery.
I contacted the Emamaco team a month ago with photos and an explanation about not knowing who gifted them (hence no receipt) and have since been on a wild goose chase going back and forth with customer service about what could be done. They offered a replacement pair which is fine however wouldn’t cover the $15 shipping meaning I was going to be out of pocket for postage. Annoying but I eventually just agreed to go ahead and cop the postage costs so I could swap the tights - only to be told I now need the name of the friend who purchased or original receipt which as I explained I don’t know and don’t have. Regardless of which friend purchased it, the tights are FAULTY, literally falling apart at the seams and all I was seeking was a swap, not a refund.
I have all the original bags and tags proving they were new and am so annoyed I’ve wasted a month - without any working post partum tights - trying to get this resolved to find out they won’t do anything. Don’t order from here, buy your PP gear elsewhere, it’s not worth it.

Awful customer service. I had selected the wrong items and when confirmed with their customer service department I had a response pretty quickly about getting a store credit to order what I'd meant to. I thought fantastic the reviews were wrong! NO I was wrong. After I confirmed I was happy to do a store credit I never heard back. I followed up 4x saying is his confirmed please don't shop I don't want to deal with the hassle of that got a notification yesterday it's been shipped and I'm pissed.

I ordered $140 worth of maternity leggings on sale, over 6 weeks ago. I have tried following up with customer service and have had no response to my emails. I would not trust this company.

Always advertising sales which is misleading. Bought as a need for my pregnancy requiring compression support and was recommended them. However, I've been waiting 4 weeks which is extremely disappointing and not helpful for my pain or what I require them for. So by the time I get them, I won't actually need them. I wish I had read reviews first and bought elsewhere. Definitely not worth the wait. No communication from them either.

My order took 6 weeks to be delivered. When you purchase a post partum product (to help with recovery) you would expect to use st least fome of the first 40 days/ 6 weeks pp? Well order yours well before you give birth
They would not suspend/ cancel order while o was waiting.
When it arrived, wrong sizing and material installed comfortable m.
Will never purchase them again

I would give 0 stars if possible. I have been trying to get my refund for over a month now. Their sizing charts are so far off it’s ridiculous! They agreed to a refund a month ago, I sent the items back following their instructions and now I’ve been ghosted. I keep following up with email but get no response! I just get constant spam emails from them.
