Navigating the minefield of hair pieces is really challenging. It’s a very steep learning curve and it could be easy to make expensive mistakes along the way. Especially at a time when you are lacking confidence and feeling vulnerable due to hair loss.
Megan does everything she can to meet your needs, is very open and explains things clearly. She has a wealth of personal experience and is always keen to learn more, through her own professional development and client feedback. After lengthy communication back and forth, Megan went out of her way to meet my very specific needs. To the point where she had to source a new supplier and have a bespoke topper made.
She was very clear and honest about limitations and possibilities. Consequently, I have now got the topper that I didn’t realistically think was possible.
