Oliver was the rep I dealt with during the design process. After a previous bad experience with a packaging company I was slightly sceptical I would receive my order. Communication between myself and Oliver could of been better, I had to chase him for updates and delivery dates of my branded boxes but they were most certainly worth the wait. The boxes are such high quality with the band colours matched perfectly. very happy with the end product. Also very competitive on price.

Alina from Emenac is fantastic! We are a start up business and she guided us through branded boxes, branded bags, branded tissue paper-all fitting perfectly together. The overall effect is top class.

Excellent customer service, Jacob was always friendly and very helpful. Good quality products, would definitely recommend.

Emenac did an excellent and very efficient job at making custom boxes and inserts to my specification without too much to and throw. Excellent price also compared to other quotes I got. I was left in the dark a little regarding delivery of the boxes and never received a tracking number. That said everything was delivered within the time frame originally specified. Paul was fantastic getting back to me so quickly via WhatsApp.

Problem with my first order, they printed 1000pc tincture boxes and the colour was wrong. This was my second order and they used the original file to print from.

At first i was worried but to their credit they took responsibility and fixed the problem. Then i got my order understandably delayed but i was happy with my final deivery.

Shipping was included and very quick, also all my local charges were covered.

my products were not sealed properly and I have to manually sit and glue them myself before each order I send out to a customer.

Paul is friendly and helpful with our orders. Very good pricing, first class work. Order arrived quicker than i anticipated and the finished box looks great. Can't fault the service and final product. We have been using this company for a few years now, always first class.

The packaging was intended for food and Emenac knew this, however, none of the product we recieved was food grade therefore unusable which was really disappointing. It all came with a very strong paint/chemical smell. Also it did not arrive on the intended date which was stressful. We voiced these complaints and they did not resolve them. Would not order from them again.

I had an amazing experience working with this packaging manufacturer from start to finish. Alex was incredible, but he really helped bring my packaging concept to life and made the whole process smooth and stress free. Communication was excellent throughout, and production was completed faster than I expected. I received my packaging very quickly after production, and I couldn’t be happier with the final result. Easy to order, quick delivery and good quality

We needed some printed boxes recently and contacted Emenac for a quote. We were slightly dubious about the quality as the pricing was very competitive but they delivered samples quickly and we have been very impressed with both the service and standard of the product (even after we changed the design !!) We will certainly use them again
