Absolutely disgraceful service. Ordered a product from them and sent all my contact details and address. The product is never delivered and when questioned they say they don't have my details. I then send it again for the 3rd time and they reply by saying I need to send my details.

I bought two pairs of ready glasses. Absolutely rubbish. This is cheap glasses. The quality is poor, the reading glasses you buy at the pharmacy is way better quality. The ear pieces bend when placed on your face. It is a waste of money

I bought the glasses and I had to wait a long time for delivery and it's very poor quality product and the website has misinformation on the product as the appearance and quality is nowhere near what was advertised, I paid £19 and tried to return but they didn't give me a return label and if I paid for a label myself it would cost me £13 I wouldn't recommend this to anybody.

Been waiting nearly a month, for purchase.
I think there is a scam being used, be careful when buying.
I purchased the following - Retractable Telescopic Metal Defense Rod × 1 from this Company. It was sent from China.
Took days and days to come, would have been quicker by snail. Arrived this morning and I'd TOTALLY USELESS. Very flimsy a paper bag would be stronger. DEFINITELY NOT WORTH THE MONEY
