I ordered a pair of Sandals I wanted for before I go away, believing the base was in Manchester & would only take about 4/5days for delivery.
I have tracked them today, & are coming from China & are still in China. Very, very misleading web page. Now I wont get the Sandals before I go away to take away with me, basing my outfit on wearing them. So now I will have to go back out to the shops to purchase some more.
Very upset about this.
No way, will I get these in time. So they will have cost me more money in the long run, as it turns out.

I had a great experience buying these boots. The whole process was very easy and smooth, from placing the order to receiving them. The boots are exactly as described, comfortable, and of great quality. I’m very happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend them.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
I orded online, payed via PayPal, only to discover I was automatically charged £4.95 for insurance, when I didn't select this?
Contacted them immediately, heard nothing, sent 3 emails, still had no reply!
Now paypal are dealing with it!
Tracked my package.....they are in Shanghai, not Manchester! A BIG con!
DO NOT USE!
I have now received my order , 17 days after placing.....express delivery, I think not!
The wedges are cheap , smelly plastic, look nothing like the website picture, so I'm now asking for a refund! I do not normally complain, but I hate being "ripped off" by fake companies who trick people in to spending their money, on falsely advertised products!

I ordered two dresses and it wasn’t…
I ordered two dresses and it wasn’t until after I ordered I realised they’re actually coming from China and not Manchester (or the uk at all) which is quite misleading. I’ve emailed them three times asking for a refund and they just keep the items, my first email being straight after I ordered them. Despite the website says customer services 5 days a week and a response within 24 hours I have not heard anything back.

CHINA not Manchester Deliberately misleading company details
I've already reviewed this company for over charging me - £4.95 insurance added when I didn't request it. Their reply asked for invoice information which I had already given. Unfortunately I cannot seem to reply to their reply.
The email response said they appreciated my feedback re the "opt-in" process. You SHOULD NOT HAVE TO opt OUT of an extra, unwanted charge.
I wondered at the time why I would need insurance for an item coming from Manchester anyway- the company address on their website is the Trafford centre. The "express delivery" ordered 4 days ago- is "on its way" when I've tracked it, it's coming from China!!
This company's information is deliberately misleading - I would like a FULL refund please INCLUDING the £4.95 you took without my authorisation and you can keep the boots - I could have bought them from TEMU much cheaper but I thought I was purchasing from the UK
