Had all kinds of trouble with it i payed alot of money for the bike.. bought extra battery's still say to the day they was no new held a very poorcharge...almost got ran over in a roundabout.as i was going around the doub le kick stand bolts fell out then it dropped hooking in the road had to jump off..got a good scare..i am on a disability and dont drive thenthey expected me to pay someone and bring to them..was really up set with the serviceŕe..i send few e.mails..and for the date i am not sure..but was not long after i bought it

Emmo stands behind their product.
The store I bought my Emmo from closed down, but Emmo stepped up to resolve a problem I had. I was able to send them my odometer for a hardware update and they have returned it by courier at no cost apart from the shipping. Great service and quick as well.

Excellent experience and quality

He gave me excellent experience on my purchase process. I have great test driving experience on two scooters- Nok and monster S. Both of them have an excellent appearance and performance. I love them so much. At least, he also teaches me how to take care of my scooter to maximize the battery life. Highly recommend EMMO E-BIKE for everyone.

Extremely professional customer service and very knowledgeable. The products are extremely high quality and I am glad to have made the purchase.
The long range battery on the emmo Hornet is all I need to work all day. And I like the metal casing of the frame.

20" e-bike
20" wheel size is perfect, battery easy to remove & insert. Remaining charge easy to read, Power on off button on handle is extremely handy to use. Step-through frame design, easy to get on and off the bike. Folded e-bike fits into car trunk. Weight is just manageable.

Solid machine. Functions like a clock. Very happy.
As with a lot of electric bikes: be careful turning a corner, many electric bikes (and this one) accelerate coming out of a turn causing rider instability.

Warranty Issue, Battery Display
The bike had an issue with the battery display and not showing how much battery life was left accurately. Another module was sent out but there was no where to have it installed or looked at for free even with it being purchased within a few weeks time frame because it was purchased online and shipped to us. If it had been purchased from a supplier in our city then it would have been covered for free.
If it falls under warranty, possibly have an agreement with suppliers where buyers can have it looked at and not have to pay.

I bought an urban T2 and ordered the…
I bought an urban T2 and ordered the best battery 48V/50ah last May 2025.
There was a problem with the battery so I called Emmo and a repair person came over to my house. It was then that I discovered the battery that Emmo had given me was only a 48V/30ah. There was a $700 difference between the battery I was given and the battery I ordered and paid for. To sum it up Emmo ripped me off and gave me an inferior battery. Likely the repair person had brought the battery I ordered so it turned out OK. I wrote to Emmo explaining what they did and they never wrote me back. I really enjoy the urban T2 but I think the company Emmo sucks!! The date of this experience is approximate.

My bike came exactly at the stated time frame, well packaged and delivered in perfect condition. All I can say is I really enjoy riding this baby Ninja.
