Never thought I would sell a property on line ever,but my son used and is still using Emoov it is easy to use and you only pay for the services you need and Emoov guide you every step of the way they go above and beyond to help with anything and are always there if you have a question I am still in their process but very happy with their friendly service will never use a high street estate agent again if I could have given 10 stars I would thank you Emoov for you guidance

Very professional and efficient

Would Highly recommend Emoov if you want to save a bit of money selling your house. With stamp duty so high, I wanted to save as much money as possible wherever I could, and not having to pay estate agent fees has been lovely!

We bought the cheapest package with a few add ons and so far the experience has been excellent. Took the photos our self with a smartphone and had no problem selling our house.

Viewers seemed quite pleased to meet the owners of the house too.

I had my land for sale for three days, the service so far has been 100%, all follow-up’s done in a speedy manner, thank you Emo.

Fantastic service. Superb professional support whenever needed, but also the freedom to arrange viewings and have control myself. This is the ONLY company to use. Forget purple b or others I tried them all. Emoov are fabulous, top marks in every way, and incredible value. Emoov got my house sold fast where 2 others failed. And Emoov gave me freedom and support to achieve the price I wanted, make the sale happen, and progress it all exactly as I wanted.

Having the time to take the DIY route to advertise my house for sale I chose Emoov £295 package. I took the photos, drew a basic floor plan, uploaded a short video, wrote a simple description, decided on the price, Emoov checked my ID, published my ad on all the platforms including Rightmove, I received viewing requests on the system, arranged the viewings, received and negotiated and accepted an offer using the message tool, uploaded solicitors details and received the memorandum of sale. All that took less than a week! I used the online chat to communicate with the Emoov staff who were very efficient. This worked a treat for me.

Great service and I saved thousands in agent fees.

I wanted an estate agent that basically just got me on the property websites and these were ideal. They didn't push me sell to anyone in particular or in a rushed timeframe which other agents in my experience have.

Polite and helpful and dealt with any minor snags or questions quickly. If you do use them then make the effort to communicate and ask questions of them don't expect them to pick up on everything or the website to
be totally smooth. For the price I was actually surprised how good they were.

Produced the memorandum of sale otherwise I did everything which is fine with me, bought the cheapest package. So I'd fully recommend them as efficient advertiser's for sellers happy to take the DIY approach.

Very quick, very easy and online in minutes!
I had a couple of little glitches during the process of listing my home, but Sophie helped out and looked after me until everything was finished (no bouncing between different people)
Sophie was always polite, quick to the replies and didn't waste my time at all - definitely went above and beyond.
Same day my advert has gone live and I'm already getting viewing requests.

Recently signed up to Emoov for the best deal to get us on the market, nothing has been too much trouble. Jacob and Sophie have been very helpful indeed, which is just as well as we are not too tech savy

I decided to cut out the High Street estate agents and do most of the work myself, taking photographs, creating floor plans and listing details. All I needed was a way to get the property on Rightmove and equivalent websites. I chose Griffin Property (now Emoov) due to being cost effective but also having some great feedback. I was a little wary but the experience from start to finish has been superb.

Communication and help though the stages has been phenomenal and responsive. If you're prepared to do a little work yourself it's a great way to market your property and save a lot of money.

So impressed with the service I received from both Sophie and Sam. They were so helpful, responsive and made the entire process super quick and easy.

Emoov have been brilliant such an easy way to sell a house , we took the photos ourself with mobile phone, uploaded and within a few hours we’re live on rightmove. You pay for the services you want, can’t fault Emoov at all .
We have no regrets with selling our property with Emoov, from marketing the property to sold, the team at Emoov have been excellent, responding out of hours , easy to contact on the phone, portal or email. Griffin Property or Emoov, as its now called, are an extremely efficient, knowledgeable company. I would certainly use their excellent service again and would recommend them to anybody selling their property rather than use expensive high street agents.

Had a great experience dealing with Nick at Griffin (as a buyer). As agents they are fully remote but the process works well, they always answer the phone and were responsive and helpful throughout. Would definitely recommend using them!

Jacob at Griffin property was very helpful. He answered all of my queries however big or small promptly.
I really liked being able to have contact with potential buyers through the messaging service rather than having to wait for an estate agent or solicitor to relay messages back and forth.
