I was introduced to Emotive Car Sourcing when they purchased my car via Motorway, for onward sale to a specific customer. I was impressed by Ashley's first contact where he came across as 'human' and personable. He explained the process step by step and provided timelines which he always adhered to. He arrived to inspect and text drive the car and gave it a thorough once over (I'm glad I represented it as accurately as I could!). Emotive settled the outstanding finance and once I received and forwarded confirmed settlement, he paid the outstanding payments to me and transferred the V5 online, ready for the onward sale to his waiting customer. All in all, a smooth hassle free, non-haggling experience. I would certainly consider using Emotive to source and sell future vehicles for me and my family and I'm happy to recommend them. Incredible service and highly recommend!

I first used Ashley’s services a couple of years ago to source a Mini Cooper. I wanted a very particular colour and Ashley kept patient on the car hunting journey and found the right car that ticked all the boxes.

Fast forward to now and the realisation that a Mini is not a practical car for a Mum to be, Ashley took all the stress out of finding the perfect car. Again, I had my particular criteria and Ashley sourced my dream Mum car! I cannot thank Ashley enough for the time, effort and commitment he put into sourcing the car.

Emotive Car Sourcing was recommended to us by a friend who was also looking for a first car. Buying second hand cars especially for a new driver can be a real minefield. Ashley came to us with exactly what my son was looking for and within our budget. There was no pushy salesperson spiel, upfront and provided a comprehensive handover of the car to include a brief car maintenance lesson for my son; tyre pressures, oil, screen wash etc. Overall great customer service all around.

Emotive Car Sourcing are an excellent company to work with. They helped me get a really excellent deal on a new Mini - much better than I would have got myself, and really took time to understand what I was looking for. They also explained the complexities of car financing to me in easy to understand English!
