Paid $5,149 and was blocked from accessing training content
I purchased a Platinum Membership for $5,148.97. After payment, I was blocked from accessing any of the training content I paid for. When I contacted the company to request a refund and cancellation, they refused. They confirmed in writing that it is their policy to lock accounts. I never received their terms and conditions prior to purchase. I have since filed complaints with the CFPB and the Texas Attorney General. Buyer beware.
