I have an injured fox that comes to my garden. Trying to get treatment for it from a vet is very difficult in the UK. I knew it needed antibiotics that would be tolerated by a canine and Loopy Vet delivered - literally and metaphorically. The antibiotics arrived quickly with instructions in English. The little fox is now recovered. I would happily use them again.

The order was delivered in two shipments to my address in Northern Ireland (due to
availabilty of product) which was fine. All the items arrived with tracking available asdescribed. Supplier was happy to answer my questions ia email.Very happy with Loopyvet and will definitely order again.

Very impressed, I was cautious and used a prepaid credit card and a new hotmail account. But item arrived in a week, well packaged, no customs charges and with instructions in english. A very good price and no vets prescription charge. I will be using again.

Great customer service, fast shipping.

Very good service. Both times I have ordered, the parcel has only taken 6-7 days to arrive all the way from Ukraine to the UK. Very well packaged and medication comes with a full information sheet in English. Saved me quite a bit of money in vet fees (my dog gets hot spots occasionally and just needs an antibiotic cream to resolve - vet would cost over £100 each time, this costs about £18). I recommend LoopyVet.

The company is in Ukraine so I know that shipping will take time. That said i received my package within approx. 10 days. Shipping is always free and many medications that would typically need prescription in the USA, i dont need when i buy on this web site. Prices are also lower than in the USA.

Ordered item end of April, got tracking info 2 days later, 11 days post order tracking info hadn’t updated for 3 days, asked if this is normal was told, parcel had been lost and they have sent another, would have been nice to be told rather than me having to chase this up, the
Second order was posted 10th May. Between then and today the item is still sat in the posting country and hasn’t yet left for the UK. I asked Loopyvet on delivery times and was told 8-12 days. Today is day 9 and I doubt it will be here in the next day or 2. I fail to see why posting takes so long given I had a parcel sent from Mumbai to the uk which was at my door in 5 days. I am not impressed up to now and whilst the postal service is the issue I would suggest not using them or not posting to countries where it takes literally weeks for the item to even leave.

I placed an order here for veterinary products, which cannot be found elsewhere.
Fast and reliable communication with the seller, I had a problem with the payment and he resolved it quickly.
Impeccable customer service.
Order arrived on time from the courier, safely packaged for some more delicate products in glass bottles.
