Theses representatives Karen Cardellui and her assistance Beverly are the worst these people are slacker at a all-time high and that is not acceptable the strain this is causing me is depressing I will go into a financial strain waiting for these people and my work accident happen 11/212/25 and still nothing as of yet. Karen assistance Beverly would change my doctor's appointment without me even knowing that she did this. why do they feel like they are supposed to be in the doctor's room with you that's is not going to happen here these people are way out of line waiting on them you can/will lose everything.

Do not use Encova. The whole company is cut rate, including the most important part, their underwriters. Spend the extra money and go with a name brand insurance carrier.

Im on workers comp, these fools do not pay in a timely manner, and almost never pay 4 weeks of income.

I imagine that is why my employer picked them. It's amazing how they get away with it. But then again it's amazing how almost every insurance company gets away with screwing people.

They cost me my LCL surgery because they tried to force me into our patient surgery before I could financially support myself during recovery, which is 99% their fault in the first place because (again) they werent paying my checks consistently for several months. They also were withholding checks. Apparently they can't count to 4 at this company.

I worked 4 weeks a month, not 3, not 2. If you ever get injured on the job, this company will attempt to make you homeless, as they've done to me.

But they aren't going to get away with it. The doctor they picked said I need surgery to go back to work. The surgeon concurred with this conclusion. So now I am being forced to start the whole process over again.

They will end up paying more than they would have had to in the first place if they just followed the rules.

Course, it doesn't help when you have legal aids trying to get them to mail you checks (which again is like pulling teeth)

Just pray if you ever get hurt at work you don't get stuck with these criminals paying your workers compensation checks.

P.S. I'm getting a new lawyer, and we will start this dance all over again until you get it right.
