Great product but for £50 for a star, it could’ve been typed and not hand written on the certificate. Minor detail.

I had such a great experience with Endura Roses! The quality of their preserved roses is incredible—absolutely gorgeous and so elegant. You can tell a lot of care goes into every detail, from the way they’re arranged to the beautiful packaging.
Ordering was super easy, and the delivery was quick and well-packaged. When I opened the box, I was genuinely impressed—they look even better in person! Whether it’s for a gift or just to treat yourself, I’d 100% recommend them. Worth every penny!

Ordered the rose pendant for my parter on valentines. Upon presenting my partners gift we realised the metal stand had not been given and were under the assumption we have to purchase this separately. When researching and finding out the company made a mistake as they forgot to pack the stand with the order, the pendent had rolled off my ledge as there was no stand but I wanted to still show my partner his gift. This was valentines ruined as the glass broke with a slight drop which shows it’s very cheaply made. Upon reaching out to the company they requested to have the broken pendent returned. I explained I can’t save shards of glass as it is unsafe and disposed of the pendent. The company has no English speaking customer services advisors there for they did not understand I had to dispose and still kept requesting me to send the item back before receiving a refund. This has been like banging my head against a wall trying to make the company understand for over 2 weeks. Save yourselves the hassle there are many forever rose company’s, ENDURA ROSE IS A SCAM.

We’re sorry to hear about your concerns. However, we’d like to clarify a few details regarding your order.
You initially reached out to us regarding the missing stand only and we promptly arranged to send a replacement product to you. You agreed on it.However, before receiving the replacement, you reported a broken glass after 2 weeks of delivery.Unfortunately, this was not disclosed to us during our email correspondence and subsequently you requested a refund. As per our company policy any damage must be reported within 48 hours in order to provide a relevant solution.
While we understand your frustration, our products are made with quality materials, and like any glass item, they must be handled with care. Despite this we have still refunded your full amount because we take customer satisfaction seriously. Our goal is always to work with our customers fairly, and we regret that you feel otherwise.
Overpriced
Overpriced to what you actually get. And the delivery charge of £10 is a rip off considering the shell is plastic not glass! First and last for me.

Beautiful rose, was so excited to gift this. but came with the back petals not attached had to tuck it back in. The engraving was a massive let down. Not centred and just not pretty

Beautiful product & incredible customer service
I have been wanting to purchase an item from Endura Roses' Disney range from the moment I saw it. To my horror, it was out of stock online when I went to purchase it!
I reached out to Natasha via email and she was extremely helpful, going above & beyond in getting new supply as the purchase was a gift. After a small mishap when ordering, it was immediately rectified and I received the product, HAND DELIVERED to me by Endura Roses and what can I say - the attention to detail and quality of the product is second to none. This was an anniversary gift and my partner was literally brought to tears and said it was the best present she's ever received - job well done guys!
I never leave reviews but I was very much looked after and would recommend to anyone.

I'm really happy with my experience…
I'm really happy with my experience with Endura Roses, I ordered two lotuses of different colors but one of them had arrived damaged due to shipping. After the first replacement had also arrived damaged, Endura Roses offered to do an exchange for something that could arrive safely but I really wanted the lotus as part of an intentional gift.
With that in mind, Endura Roses's team was extremely helpful in sending me the second replacement lotus. They were completely understanding that the damaged lotuses were out of my control and even made additional adjustments to the second replacement lotus in order to ensure it would arrive intact, and it did! The gift was very loved, Natasha and the man on the phone were very accommodating and I would definitely order again from Endura Roses. :)
