Customer services are totally awful. I have already written a review but after not having had any response I felt the need to write another review. The products aren’t as nice as the photos and the long grass in mine is so long that it is bent around to fit in the dome. I am deeply disappointed with the products

From concept, design and the final gift. The team at Endura roses, have been extremely professional, kind, understanding, and prompt at responding to any messages, and emails.

I have, and will recommend them to anyone that is looking for an amazing beautiful gift.

Having spent £750 on the Endura rose Miracle display I was expecting great things.

The glass dome didnt fit correctly due to the electrical cable needing to run underneath the dome this means the flower cannot spin freely and the whole thing looks an absolute mess. I also ordered the gift box which did not turn up.

Upon calling Sara in customer service she said they would repair the item. it was a gift a present and its faulty. I requested a refund along with the gift box which also didnt turn up. She said she would speak to a manager and call me back. Ive heard nothing a week later.

Ive sent yet another email and wasted more time hence feeling the need to leave my honest review

Large variety of beautiful flowers, high quality craftsmanship in the products. Staff are friendly and helpful.

There is so many different colour variations to chose from and the help was brill

The lady at the stand went out of her way to explain the products as it was the first time I’ve heard of it. I went in with no intention to buy anything but I ended up buying a beautiful rose which not only looks nice but also smells amazing and even lasts A very long time. Brilliant customer service and beautiful products i would definitely buy again

The website was very easy to use and the product arrived very quickly and in really good condition. My rose was perfect and I was more than happy when I first received it. A year later the rose is still in really good conditions and the colours have not faded at all and I’ve had no issues with it. I’m beyond happy with this product and the service offered by Endura Roses. I will definitely be purchasing more products in the future for myself and others. Perfect gift to make someone happy.

I have visited One of Endura roses stores in Trafford centre. I must say what a truly magical place. Flower arrangements are so pretty and unique with great deal of detail and colour combinations. Bought one rose arrangement as a gift for my mom. She loves it. Year later rose looks as the day I bought it. Staff and costumer service excellent, they gave me time helping to choose and explained how to look after my “ sleeping” rose.

I purchased a rose from Endura for a family member, about 9 months ago. One of the open 3 year roses. They have done as instructed to and kept it away from windows so that the sunlight won’t fade the petals of the roses. I was round this family members house a few weeks ago and the rose still looks perfect! I was really surprised to be honest. Thank You to the staff at the Westfield branch :)

My partner and I are now long distance and he sends me little surprises from Endura Roses every 2 months or so and every time I’m obsessed with what beautiful arrangement I’ve been given. Every delivery has arrived in perfect condition and the packaging is gift wrapped really nicely and even smells amazing! Heartfelt things like this have made being so far apart so much easier for me so thank you Endura!

Got my "Sweetpea" roses a couple of months ago and OMG, they're still fresh and smell divine! As if freshly plucked from a rose garden! Absolutely in love with Endura Roses' services & staff, they're incredibly pleasant & helpful. The owner is a sweetheart 💕
Don't think too much, buy these for your loved ones, they last the longest and are totally worth it!

Wish I could give 10 stars after my experience with Endura Roses’ customer service manager. I recently lost my dog who I’d had since I was 9 and was looking for something to remember him. I saw Love My Dog as part of their Sentiments range and I asked for a custom made piece similar but centred around a photo of him in a larger glass. The woman I spoke to (I can’t remember her name sorry!!) was so helpful and sympathetic, especially when I kept changing my mind on the picture. Now every time I look at it I’m reminded of my little furbaby <3

Staff as lovely as the flowers! I love walking past the band stand in Trafford Centre and always go in for a look round. I have a Rose Moon piece and every few months I pop in to buy more of their flower fragrance to refreshen its smell. It’s the first thing guests notice when they come round – everyone is in love with it! It also lasts so much longer than I ever thought so is very reasonably priced.

Every time I visit Westfield I have to go to Endura Roses! The shop looks and SMELLS amazing! The staff are so lovely and I always leave with something new to add to my little rose collection x

After an horrible initial experience due to the late delivery of my order, I was contacted by their manager who apologised for what had happened and then provided a resolution and also updated me to when my order would be delivered.
