Gary was so reassuring and personable from the outset. He felt like a friend. He eased our worries and gave us great advice. Even with a hiccup at the end Gary was there at the end of the line and made sure it was all sorted for us. Thanks to him we now have a really warm home with modern heating and loft insulation. My wife is chronically ill so this is an absolute life changer for us. We can't thank you enough.

Gary was always available to answer questions and keep us updated on progress.

Always there when needed and he made what could have been a complex situation very simple.

They went over and beyond to make sure we had our new heaters before the really cold weather was here.
Gary in the office was very helpful and pushed things along for us, helping us every step of the way, the two guys who came on time the day of the fitting were polite, respectful and friendly, got on with what they had to do, quickly and effectively. The heaters are absolutely fabulous, what a huge difference it's made to our home especially in the kitchen, how wonderful it is to go in there in the morning when it's now lovely and cosy. Thank you so much.

Gary at Grant Checker was very passionate about what he does. He had a very positive and pleasant attitude from the start and guided both my tenant and myself through the required form filling and fact finding necessary to apply for the ECO4 grant, without drama! There were many obstacles to overcome along our journey and he remained patient and calm throughout, resulting in storage heaters, electric panels, fan heaters and solar panels being installed at my cottage, which will probably raise it to a B/C EPC rating.

Very professional , and hard working team . The two young lads were very professional and left the place very tidy . They even refused cups of tea .

EnergyGrantChecker were very helpful in providing us with all the information we required to enable us to obtain a grant for a boiler upgrade. Their thorough approach to finalising the necessary details made it very reassuring to know that there was someone working on our behalf to achieve the best possible outcome.

The consultants were professional, helpful, friendly and honest. They were constructive in their advice and ensured things happened promptly as they said they would. Gary was a delight to deal with patient and helpful and accurate with the information he gave. This was very welcome as another company had arranged an assessment but then we heard nothing. Not all companies are as efficient as Energy Grant Checker and Gary.

This company has excelled in service.
They provided assistance all through our ECO 4 installation after we were badly let down by another company.
