I took my SELT B1 test two days ago. The staff were welcoming and very helpful, which made the overall experience more comfortable.

The exam itself was clear and straightforward. However, one downside is that you can hear other candidates speaking, as everyone is in the same room. This can be slightly distracting.

I would advise anyone taking the exam to be prepared for this and try to stay focused despite the background noise.

I am writing this review on behalf of my Wife who has just received her PASS Certificate and is currently telling her family in China!
My Wife attended the centre in Bristol for the A1 test, the staff were friendly and very supportive giving her the encouragement needed to settle her nerves. My wife had originally planned to take the test about a month or two ago, unfortunately there was a mix-up in the booking so a later date had to be arranged. My Wife doesn't have the experience of other test centres so all I can say is she is very happy with the facilities and staff; which in turn makes me happy; thank you!

I had a great experience with SELT English Exam. The booking process was quick and easy, and their customer service was really helpful. Any time I had a question, they responded promptly and guided me through everything

The staff were welcoming and very helpful.
The exam itself: Repeating sentences in general was easy enough,a couple of sentences felt too long to remember.
Description of pictures seemed straightforward.
In the story section with questions,I quickly scribbled the main facts ( not sentences as there would not be enough time) to make answering questions easier.The only downside I found,you can hear other candidates voices even when you have a set of headphones on which can be a little distracting.But as long as you focus you will be fine.Also be aware the answering has to be done quickly, sentences and questions are played just once ,you cannot go back so you have to get it right the first time.Good luck everyone 🤞
