Over all the experience was good. There were minor mistakes but they would take care of it right away. unfortunately they are on the higher end for pricing ,and So I had to find another company.

Stellar customer service, some inconsistencies
Most importantly, Enhance's customer service has been stellar! Always have competent, knowledgeable staff answering my questions, and the Nurse Prac. Kate Cordisco has been excellent with her guidance on my medical weight loss journey.
I signed with them bc they used a 503B compounding pharm for sema - that's extremely important to me.
Sadly, that pharm stopped making the vial I initially received (and had had great initial results with [8lbs lost in 4 wks]), so my 2nd delivery was from a 503A pharm I'd read bad things about.
I let Enhance know I didn't trust that provider and they made arrangements for me to get future deliveries from a diff 503B-- despite a $ loss on their side.
That was beyond!
Idk what'll happen with future deliveries or whether they'll be able to provide 503B access for the advertised prices, but for now I'm happy to have legit sema at a reasonable cost along with competent, caring folks behind me.
I believe they must be newer at having a site and are taking on many clients quickly, bc I have found inconsistencies. Namely, I didnt initially get info on how, exactly, to do my injections, nor how to even get the cap off the vial (it was different than others I'd seen online). Luckily, reddit helped, but it was scary to not have 'official' instructions from them or even included with the vial from the pharm.
Three weeks after I started they sent an email with that info... a bit late, lol, tho it still didn't show correct data for the vial cap. (I did tell them, so hopefully that will be fixed for future folks.)
Also weird is that their customer service hours are listed as 8a-8p M-F (outside the logged-in acct), and 7a-7p daily (once inside my acct) and I'm not sure which is correct. At first, I was getting replies on the wknd, then another time I wasn't.
Also, there aren't many reviews for them because searching for "enhance.md" leads to their actual site not to a 'place' on Google [Maps], plus there are a bunch of other places called "Enhance", including a derm/skin doctor called "EnhanceMD", so you have to already know that they have the "." before "MD", and are in Encinitas, California, and don't really have a big online presence (like the other "EnhanceMD").
Not sure how they'll resolve those things, but I'm glad to be working with them rn and have had a positive experience thus far (7 weeks/10lbs).

So far this has been an overall positive professional experience. I was skeptical since I wasn’t able to find much on this prior to joining and was hesitant since it wasn’t the most known. But I just met with Kate who was extremely knowledgeable and gave great information pertaining to the medication, administration and lifestyle changes. I will be receiving my order soon and definitely cannot wait to be healthy!!!

Incredible service!
