I don’t usually write reviews
I don’t usually write reviews, but this time I felt I had to. Buying art, especially from abroad, always comes with a bit of hesitation, but my experience with Enia completely changed that. From the very first interaction, everything felt easy and genuine. They really take the time to understand what I was looking for, not just in terms of aesthetics, but also in terms of meaning and longterm value. I never felt pushed, only guided, which made a big difference for me. The communication was always clear, quick, and thoughtful. Even when I had some questions, they were always available and happy to explain everything in detail. You can tell there is real knowledge behind what they do, not just selling, but actual curatorial work. I purchased a fantastic artwork remotely, and I have to say the whole process was incredibly smooth. The piece arrived on time, carefully packed in a very secure way that made me feel completely at ease about the shipment. When I opened the package and saw how everything was handled, it really showed the level of care behind it. What I appreciated the most is that it never felt like a onetime transaction. I felt supported before, during, and even after the purchase. There was also a very thoughtful surprise inside the package ☺️ a small handwritten thank you note signed by the founder. It may seem like a simple gesture, but it made me feel part of something more personal and showed how much they truly care about building a real relationship with their collectors beyond just the transaction. I’m genuinely happy with my artwork and already looking forward to the next one 😊
